I have been shopping at this branch for over 20 years , the current team starting with sam at the counter, arron and Deepak the designers daisy the managers assitant and james the manager are a brilliant bunch of helpful people, they go the extra mile for the customer, prices are very good for the trade and stock is always available, brilliant lads in the warehouse as well, I would never go anywhere else,

Ordered our kitchen back in July had reasonable service from Anita the designer, she came out measured up and came back in a reasonable time frame, got the kitchen delivered a few missing handles etc but no big deal the builder was able to rectify with Howdens, then that's were it goes wrong, we had to change are Boiler due to the builder not advising the current one was incorrect so few weeks later we have a new boiler installed and we have to get a new housing unit for the boiler, After 3 weeks of no one calling back we decided to make a complaint via the head office which then the responses have been slow and finally to advise the designers to not come back out to measure a cupboard, which is pretty poor as they rush out to measure the kitchen when they want to sell you one. as per usual Retail aftersales poor !!!!!

Being in the building trade and having mades 100s of flats id say Descent service . I've used howdens from west Brom through to burton . All pretty professional in the sales department .Descent on doors . Other then that pretty much evry thing else can b purchased at cheaper prices. I moved to wren kitchens a while back . More variety plus 35% cheaper

Went to Howdens Tyseley to look at the kitchens.staff very helpful and patient. Could look at kitchen doors and tops together.lovely Sam pointed us in the right direction.looks and price wise . ordered gas hob and extractor. Kitchen sink .taps . work surfaces And all the other bits .was able to take most of it away with us .with a few things arriving next day.very reasonably priced.looking forward to a bright new kitchen.Thanks howdens
