Live local and had an a problem with the engine on my VW golf and turning it over. Very helpful and quick service with diagnosing the problem whilst also reasonably priced. My partner has also used their services on her car and camper van. They provide knowledgeable advice to her including getting one of the vehicles to their garage all at a reasonable price.

Great service, Ryan and the team knew I was on my first day of holiday with my 3 young boys, we broke down Sunday afternoon and were towed to automasters which obviously on a Sunday was closed, I left the key and a note in the letter box. Monday morning Ryan rang told me the auxiliary belt was broke, and the alternator has gone, he had it fixed Monday evening...when I picked it up he told me a couple of other things which they put right but with no charges, thanks guys for getting us back on the road so quickly we are now enjoying our holiday...

My water pump went while on holiday with our caravan 400 miles from home on a Saturday evening of a bank holiday weekend. I had to wait until Tuesday morning to try to contact a garage. After desperately trying a few this was the first to offer some hope. The guy on the phone (Chris?) seemed to understand immediately what a big issue this was for us, needing to get the car on the road asap to be able to continue the holiday and to move the caravan between sites and to avoid a potential 10hr relay home!. They managed to fit me in for a repair on the Wednesday despite it being a big job. By 4pm that day the car was fixed, new pump and new timing belt fitted. Despite my situation they didn't try to overcharge or charge a premium knowing how desperate I was to get it done urgently. Competitive pricing, great customer service and friendly staff. Thank you for saving our holiday.

It was on holiday in Carbis Bay when my back brakes started to make a dreadful noise. Rang Automasters RAC on the Tuesday, they asked me to bring it down so they could have a look, ordered the parts that day and fitted the rear disks and pads while I waited on the Wednesday! What great service and very reasonable price too.Great bunch of guys. Thank you.

We have a quote of a price for the job and when I picked my car up they had doubled that price, I did not receive a phone call stating the price change or the work they had added to the service!Where nice enough people but shocking price hike with no notification just when ahead and did it anyway

Our car window popped out of alignment the afternoon before heading back home from vacation, and out of all garages we called, this was the one that offered to take a first look. From there they went off and beyond and ended up fixing the car window within an hour without overpricing us at all. Amazing service from all involved! Super friendly and helpful team.

Took my car here for a clutch repair. First of all they fitted the wrong part and had to start again.Twice I phoned and they said the car was ready but when I arrived they were still working on it.When I did collect the car - the engine management light was on and the coil light was flashing. This wasn't the case when I dropped it off. The guy who seemed to be in charge said it was showing a fault on the throttle sensor which they hadn't touched so it wasn't his problem. He honestly expected me to try the car away with the engine management light on after paying an £850 bill!As I was 5pm he then decided to leave and left the young mechanic to sort it out. He managed to get the light off but who knows what they've actually done.Avoid at all costs.

Called up when every other garage around was too full to even look at my van, but Automasters got me in 1st thing the next morning.Thankfully very knowledgeable on Mercedes vehicles & had the parts & fitted within an hour. Saved my trip down in Cornwall.Highly recommend this garage.

Were on our way home with our campervan, had to catch a ferry and ended up with a wheel bearing problem. Mark and his team managed to diagnose the problem, order the part and install the new bearing, all within 7 hours. Very reasonable bill too. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thanks a lot for your kind help!
