Wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Such a disappointment, was a regular here alongside my family.There is NO customer service here at all which is shocking considering this is a create your own sub experience in which you’re expected to talk and be listened to by the person creating the sub.We asked for cheese to be placed on top of the meat so it could be melted together for a salad and this was first met with a “no we can’t do this”. When we said that we have always done this and it’s been allowed as well as questioning why it makes a difference, the server then allowed it. But kept muttering under her breath.The woman also berated a young lad who works there in front of other customers. She told him he didn’t use the mop bucket properly and that last time he made the same mistake. She also shouted at him for his use of the oven.Absolutely shocking to treat your co-worker/employee like that in front of members of the public or in general! Made me feel very uncomfortable.Not going to bother going to this branch anymore. Piss-poor attitude from workers who clearly couldn’t care less about their customers.

Evey time you order, it's messed up half order forgotten, toasted when asked for it not to be. This is now the like 8th time. And when you ring them up they say oh well we can't do anything we can't get a driver out. Apply for a refund....but after the 1st like 4 times you get questions on why you are doing it...Well because the store messes up continously read the order.

It's Subway you know what to expect by now. 1 thing I will say is dont't be afraid to try something new, something as small as the right sauce can change a sandwich from a 5 to a 8. Same with bread and salad, so be picky and dont't stop until you find your perfect sandwich.

Worst customer service ever. No wonder this place is dead.Went in half hour before closing with my kids.. and straight away, can't sit inside we need to mop.Mop afterwards when your customers are gone.Will not be going yo Subway ever again.Fix your attitude..

Been using this branch for years.But, unfortunately been let done with a online pickup order.A complaint was made, and branch owner contacted me didn't even apologise, blamed it on technical issues.No wonder its having so many negative reviews.

It's not got better since they changed the menu and the price to make your own flavours and what you want on it is ridiculously expensive.

There was a lady working at the Dewsbury branch who was really helpful and supportive of the young man I was with. He had never had a subway before and didn't know how it worked. She talked him through all his choices and advised that if we are inside he could get free refils of pop. He loved it. Later when a man came in with his autistic children, she turned the music off so that they could all enjoy their dining experience. A really considerate employee. The food was of a good standard and the place was clean. We will return.

Didn't have the best experience here at all. The staff were extremely slow, faffing about and took almost 20 minutes to make 3 sandwiches.One guy in particular asked 3-4 times what I wanted in the sandwich which clearly showed he was asking questions without listening to the answers! Food was okay though, like any other subway but service was abysmal

Went to subway after nearly 2 years. Must admit the service could be improved. Had to ask for napkins otherwise wouldn't have got them. Also the salad area had a couple of tiny life forms flying about...
