Snappy Snaps

I've used snappy snaps before for passport and visa photos, including when there were other high street players in this market. I also have used photo booths for UK based passport renewals etc. However when it comes to visas for other countries, Snappy Snaps has always come out on top. This time I needed visas for a not so popular country. They were able to quickly search their database for the e-digital photo requirements, and within a couple of minutes photos were taken to high quality, and digital prints delivered to my email address. Amazing service. And all done within a few minutes. I tried to use visa photo Apps through Google play to help me take the photos, but I needed the right lighting and image quality, so that was proving hard work. Snappy Snaps worked perfectly. The only tiny niggle, was when uploading to the visa site, I had to adjust/scale the image in terms of pixels, which would have been great to know about, but perhaps that's beyond the scope of the service.

Very friendly and professional staff. Quick easy way to get ID photos done. They also do excellent frames photos and other services.

Got some images off usb to print. Was instant and the quality was good. Unfortunately the 8x6 largest print size had no frames to go with them.

Great service! They provide a lot of the services that you can get from big online brands, but they will call you up to check stuff to make sure you get the best service and they are keen to ensure you are happy. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Great service! The staff was lovely and very knowledgable. I came in to get a US passport photo and the whole process including printing the photos took about 10minutes. It was £25 for a digital copy, which was emailed to me, and 4 printed photos; I think it may be cheaper for UK passport photos as regulations and things are different. Overall, would absolutely recommend!!

We've used snappy snaps several times for passport/ drivers license photos. They've always been really quick and images have always been approved.

Horrible passport photos. If you want to feel awful about yourself then go, the person taking the photos has no idea about lighting.

Great service, knowledgeable staff.Needed a passport sized photo in a hurry and Snappy Snaps came through. I rang ahead and I was expected when I arrived. I was offered a choice of a couple of shots or a reshoot but they got it right first time.4 good printed photos were produced while I waited and the JPEG image was emailed to my phone before I'd left the shop. The whole process took less than 20 minutes, including a chat about travel photography.It's good to know that you are talking to fellow photographers when discussing the services on offer.

My photos for the French visa process were rejected on several counts. It caused delays and stress. When I returned to the shop, they were not at all apologetic and refused a refund without a receipt, despite my account of the failure the photos incurred. I would not trust them again for such an important process.
