Very pleased to have The Avenue as the estate agent dealing with the purchase of my property. They have been very professional and efficient, with excellent communication. Both house tours I took were a pleasure to meet two of their staff. I would have no problem recommending them, and would certainly use them again.

Hayley and James are just the best!Amazing service and always on hand when you need them. We had an offer above asking price all tied up from the first open house. We felt heard and extremely safe in their hands. The marketing and pictures are fantastic and they really go the extra mile. There isn’t anyone better to sell your home with.

My experience with this company so far is of offering on a property and beginning the purchasing process. To date they have kept me informed, introduced me to the relevant contacts, provided their own personal contact details and also arranged for a single point of contact. Their manner is both professional and polite and they appear to be working as quickly as possible to progress my purchase.

James has been amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole approach is refreshing, and so much added value when selling our house. To mention a few things - Professional videos, assisted viewings, great advice (for us, and not just for a quick/easy sale) and clear/quick communication. Would highly recommend!

We saw a house up for sale that we were interested in (amazing marketing, video and photography to the highest standard we’ve seen) and James came round to discuss our position. As soon as we met him, we knew we wanted him to sell our house. James knows a lot about the market and we were confident we were choosing the right estate agent. James and Hayley want the best for the buyer and seller, not just the money like some local estate agents. Our house went up for sale on Boxing Day and had lots of viewings on our open day. James and Hayley both kept us up to date through phone calls and a WhatsApp group. The open days are a brilliant idea as we only had to clean once and take our dog out instead of lots of viewings throughout the week. James is always at the end of the phone and has been very helpful through the process of selling our first home. Would highly recommend if you want to sell your house.

We have brought and sold a few properties over the past few years, but no estate agent has provided a service quite like The Avenue, we knew their business was unique through the way the marketed properties and they exceeded all our expectations when we chose them to sell our house.They made every effort imaginable to ensure the process was exciting and fun rather than daunting and scary.
