Trunk Logistics - Removals & Storage

I honestly cannot fault Trunk logistics, I had an excellent experience, from quote/ booking (Thank you Kieran), to have their staff coming to collect home and take to a deposit (super thankful for Andy and Junior), and I had the same experience today, meeting other movers to the storage after 3 full months and take my belongings into the new home (thank you for your service Dan and Dylan).Across all process I had clear understanding of what would happen and when, clear quote, and the movers have been great across the board, super friendly, reliable, took fantastic care of my belongings. Hopefully I won't need to move from a while, but when I do, I know who to contact. Thank you everyone for making a stressful experience, not so stressful after all.

Really recommend this company for your moving needs. The two lads who helped us pack yesterday where great (sorry I didn't get their names). Kind, considerate of my friend who was working from home and did everything around her. And did a great job.Then the two guys Shawn and Bill who helped move. Blistering heat and still worked hard all day. Did a great job, took great care with our belongings from start to finish. Was happy to move items where ever I needed them. Really friendly and great advertisement for your company.

I’m really impressed with Trunk Logistics. The booking and survey process was straightforward and I had excellent communication with them throughout. The move itself was carried out by Elliot and James, who were friendly and professional and really eased the inevitable stresses of the move. Would certainly recommend.

What an absolutely fantastic company. I actually had someone else in place to move me but I got a card through from Trunk and saw the reviews so thought I should let them give me a quote at least. I am pleased I did as they beat the other quotes I had already, but on top of that they seemed a lot more helpful and professional than other companies I was speaking to. I had a video call where I showed what needed to be moved, I then dealt with Kieran who was great and got a final quote together for me. Jo in customer services was my point of contact leading up to the move and on the day for payment etc. And on the actual day I was moved by Teal and Elliott who couldn't have done more - nothing was too much trouble, they took so much care and were courteous and professional, a real credit to the company. This was the best experience with a removal company I have had (and I have moved a good few times). I cannot recommend Trunk Logistics enough! Everyone I dealt with was just amazing!

From start to finish they have been very professional. The surveyor, Rich was very friendly and made the experience stress free. When the estimate came through it was very easy to understand and gave us plenty of options. Lewis in the office was again very helpful in sorting out moving dates. The day before the move, we had a great team of 3 packing for us and then on moving day, Shane and Matt returned to do the final pack into the lorry. All were very careful with our belongings and nothing was too much trouble for them. All our belongings are now in storage temporarily and we look forward to seeing Matt and Shane again when they move us to our new property.

These guys went out of their way for us. Our move was quick and hassle free (and we had some heavy furniture!) they swiftly packed our entire house up, and unloaded it in all in the right rooms unscathed. Lovely guys as well, fairly priced, highly highly recommend

The team from Trunk logistics were superb all the way through from my first contact to the move.I had a video meeting with a surveyor to assess what needed moving and got back a transparent quote very quickly with several options I could choose from.On moving day, the movers arrived promptly, loaded the van and offloaded/reassembled furniture very efficiently. 5 stars definitely!!

We used Trunk in August 22 and because they were so good we used them again in November 23. Really good removals job - accommodating, tidy and friendly. Will be using them again next time we moveDan, Dylan and Mike moved us this time. Great job guys. Thank you!

Awful and rude customer service.Blocked entrance to the flat by parking on the pavement.For someone with invisible disability with a parcel in my hand was difficult to get into my own flat. And when I have mentioned that it’s obstructing the entrance. I was asked how is that affecting me as if it wasn’t obvious to the driver!Edit: After your response on here. I called customer service and asked for the owner who replied to my complaint. Jo has taken my call and exact details were exchanged. Sincere apologies from Jo and words will be spoken with staff. This made me upgrade this review from 1⭐️ to 3 stars. Well done to the management team for such a quick respond and resolution to this issue.
