This was my third yoga class with Cristina and I loved all her different classes! This latest one was a Vinyasa Flow and I have to say it completely surprised me. I knew that it would be good because she is amazing at teaching yoga, but this class completely blew me away. She builds up her classes beautifully, there is a heart-warming soulful warm up, there is an intensive practise in the middle and there's again a beautiful cool down in the end that leaves you feeling deeply in piece. I was sore for 2 days after this advanced class because we truly use and utilise every single muscle in the body - I absolutely love it! So not only I got a fantastic workout but the way she talks to you during the whole class just soothes the soul. It felt like I was in a meditative state during the whole class time. I felt refreshed and at peace in my mind and soul for days after the class, and my body absolutely loved every movement we did!Cristina is a wonderful teacher, I wish I had her with me every day!

I love reformer Pilates at Flex. All of the teachers have their own brilliant characteristics. Suki who I did a sculpt session with this morning is incredibly fun and also has great ability to challenge and inform.Added bonus for me that the cafe food is very good and staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Lovely team of people who run a great service. Not intimidating as larger gyms and very supportive for all ages, and abilities. Handy cafe on the side with member discounts. Would like earlier and later gym opening hours to fit more in!

Enjoyed a lovely lunch here today, cafe was really great. Would have given 5 stars but the young girl who brought us our second drinks had a bit of an attitude and just slammed our drinks into the table, didn’t say a word and looked miserable.

First I enter this studio I already impress!!And I love the way the trainer “Lorna” and “ Vicky” trained me and explaining all I need to know!Definitely this place I’ll stick on for my training every week!

Went to Cafe Flex which is part of the studio. This is a really good place for gluten free and vegan food options plus there's a great selection of coffees and milkshakes. There is a large car park and seating available outside as well as very comfy seats inside. Toilets are also available inside the cafe. We were very impressed with the quality of food and service.

Yummy food. Excellent service. We had breakfast. Cooked fresh. Mon - Fri free drinks with any breakfast item. Bargain!

Absolutely loved the concept of this gym, the Reformer classes are great and unique to Ipswich which is what attracted me to join. I spent a couple of months as a member before deciding the timetable didn’t quite work for me (would love to see some earlier morning classes!). The cafe is nice, but a little overpriced - in the summer I paid over £5 for an iced coffee, and not a large one at that! The Wi-Fi is also very temperamental, which isn’t ideal if you’re looking to sit and catch up on some work while enjoying a drink. Lovely place overall, would recommend if your work/life schedule fits the classes
