Simple request, needed a new charger for my iPhone 13, (she even went onto my settings to make sure she was selling me the correct one) £20 pound later, was sold the wrong charger. Don’t live in the area so can’t return. Very frustrating.

Very helpful, I was unable to remove my sim card - new iPhone 15 didn’t have a removal tool in the box which I found frustrating. I called in & they solved my problem quickly!

Today (15.06.2013) booked an appointment at 11 am at this store in order replacing battery for my iPhone. I stepped in to the store 7 minutes before my appointment. There was only one staff who was dealing with someone while I was idle in the store. Few minutes later that gentle man came to me and told he will get someone to help me in a moment and went to the person who he was dealing with . Later he went inside the store and called someone to deal with me. The gentleman who came to me and verified my appointment time and identification and escorted me inner side of the store where service desk is situated and asked to wait until the job take over. Few minutes later, the first guy approached me and told that he is going to call relevant person who can help me and went in to a locked room. Later same person came to me and checked my phone and told me that I will have to leave the phone and can be collected next week only. I explained him last time I popped in to the store without appointment and been told by one of your colleaque that it will take a week for the job to be done. If I need on a same day, I will have book an appointment . That’s why I am here today with pre booked appointment. However that guy couldn’t help me further. Finally I ended up with £5.90 parking ticket. I never expected such a disappointment from a branded company from queen’s borough.

Absolutely fantastic service from Max (store manager). I’ve read the rest of these reviews which are quite mixed but seriously I could not fault them yesterday.I needed a new battery for my iPhone 7 and called them mid afternoon yesterday. Max was very helpful and basically I made a 5pm appointment over the phone and by 5:30pm walked out of the store with a brand new (3 month guarantee) battery in my iPhone 7. I was super impressed especially after spending some time on the phone last week to the Apple helpline trying to sort it out (they were useless). They told me I would have to be without my phone for 2-3 days!Thank you to Max and his team who are clearly there to help.I will definitely use them again and won’t even think about calling Apple support.

Visited this store some weeks ago .I can honestly say this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in terms of customer service .I had a problem with the product I had purchased and simply wanted it repaired or replaced .The first young man was a pleasure to deal with but was bound by “Selects” terms and conditions .When I wasn’t satisfied I was confronted by another person who explained that I will have to book an appointment with their “Guru”I asked if I could leave the product there and let them have a look at it .“No we cannot take responsibility for your product you have to book an appointment”I asked to speak to the manager who was even less helpful and even more confrontational than the last person .Finally I booked the appointment and had to return 3 hours later .After talking to the “Guru” for 5 minutes , he said “you will have to leave it with us” !!!!So he could take responsibility for it then ? Really !I returned next day and was told your product is fine , it wasn’t and still isn’t !I will return it to Apple and make it very clear how their re-sellers are representing their brand .Do NOT go hereUnhelpfulConfrontationalUninterested in legitimate customer issues(Select management) have you read the reviews ? !It was a convenient place for me to buy my product but never again .Go straight to Apple for any products I’ve always been treated with respect and had my issues solved . (Not in this establishment) The poor reviews are absolutely correct in this instance and speak for themselves .As for the manager (your definitely not marvellous !) and your in the wrong job mate

Very helpful and enthusiastic manager, Fraser. Went in to replace a broken iPhone, ended up walking out with a new phone, and new Mac. Very politely upsold, very happy with purchases. (even repaired the old phone I had, with a cracked screen, in no time at all).

Absolutely appalling service. Ran diagnostics test on an iPad. Refused to give me a report as it would be sent to Apple and I didn’t need one. Apple haven’t received any report and referred me back to this store. Went back and they couldn’t do anything until that particular staff member was back in. Claimed they can’t look up what another colleague had done. Refused to give first name of colleague who dealt with it when asked for it so I could call head office and try track down what had happened. Sent away saying there was nothing he could do.

I purchased AirPod pros from the Windsor store and when trying to pair it up it showed it wasn’t genuine. I investigated it with apple and they did prove that the AirPods weren’t genuine but the box it was sold in had a genuine serial number. It’s shocking to have been sold a fake product from a store that’s suppose to be genuine. I do believe it’s something to be investigated in store. Customer service wasn’t helpful and accused me of not purchasing it from the store when I had proof. Truly sickened but this and having left with fake product and no refund.

Visited the store this week to finally see the new macbook air. Spoke to a lovely lad Fraser. They didn’t have it on show but he took the time and consideration to show me one and I was taken back from how knowledgeable he was. 10 out of 10 will be returning to buy one very soon!

Worst costumer service ever, shop assistant had to run back and forward to get answers from manager, asked if would not be easy for the manager to come out to speak directly, not bothered to deal with customer! Shop was empty, they are happy to sell you stuff but don’t want to held when there is a problem. This Select shops will close very soon with this kind of attitude!
