Excellent customer service and support. Really pleased with my pond. All the work was done to a high standard with gorgeous planting. They really know their stuff and give you all the support you need to ensure you are happy with your pond for many years to come.

We're delighted with the wonderful wildlife pond made by Derek and his son Shaun in the garden of our newly-built house. The pond site was a difficult one - it had formerly been used as a rubbish dump complete with old bicycles, bits of cars and lots of broken glass. Derek and Shaun got rid of all the rubbish and made the site ready for the pond construction.The pond completely transforms our site. Derek has a great eye and is quickly able to recommend the best design. Their use of stone is particularly clever and just looks so natural. They did a planting design and provided plants which will look wonderful. They even provided a long list of plants which will look good around the outside of the pond.We're looking forward to sitting next to our pond with a nice glass of wine once the weather warms up!

We have had Del and the lads from Pondworks drain and fill our large, old and stagnant pond, create a new wildlife pound and undertake landscaping work. The team have worked hard to make a massive improvement in our garden in a professional, courteous and conscientious manner. Their attention to detail is brilliant. We 100% recommend Pondworks.

We are delighted with our new wildlife pond designed and created by Pond Works. The team of three worked so hard to hand dig our large 3ft deep pool and landscape it with large stones and pebbles. Not only this but they had to cart the spoil up a hill and onto the front drive to be taken away. What we thought was going to take two weeks, took only five days with the weather on their side. The pond is beautiful and we are looking forward to planting it up ourselves, something Pond Works offer as a service, but we were itching to do ourselves. Amazingly they left no mess and left our garden untouched bar our lovely new feature. We highly recommend Pond Works. You will be in a queue but it will be worth the wait.

Thanks to Derek and Shaun we have a newly refurbished pond which looks fantastic. We have always had a pond in our garden but recently the filter and the liner have failed us. Thanks to lots of advice, help and hard work from Pond Works we can now rest easy knowing our pond has been very well refurbished and we can sit back and enjoy it. Excellent and responsive aftercare to help with any teething problems and a great contact to have for ongoing pond maintenance.

Excellent from start to finish - thoroughly professional service from the initial visit to inspect our pond (we had recently moved into the house and the pond had emptied - we had no experience of ponds!) to coming out to fix the issue (the pump and filter were in need of replacing). The guys were incredibly knowledgeable and very pleasant to have around, worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job! Many thanks!

I already had a newly dug out pond, in a brand new garden (new build house) but I wasn't confident about how best to plant it out into a wildlife friendly and aesthetically pleasing feature. It had some plants in it, but lacked an overall scheme, and wasn't really thriving. The team came and worked hard to create a wildlife friendly pebble 'beach' area within the existing pond, and replanted with more appropriate choices. The water is now clear, and wildlife is already finding the pond, it looks great and I'm sure will get even better as it matures. I was a bit hesitant about using pond works because they are relatively expensive, and not particularly local to me (I'm in Sheffield), but I now feel I was paying for expertise as much as the labour and plants, and they did work hard in hot, hot weather. I think it was money well spent, and with the benefit of hindsight would have bitten the bullet and got them to dig the pond as well. Yes would recommend.

Pond works have been carrying out annual maintenance of our pond since they installed it in 2016. Their professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. We recently had an electrical fault with our pond pump. Shaun attended site within a couple of days of me contacting PW and he identified and rectified the problem within two hours. I would not hesitate in recommending Pond Works for designing, installing and maintaining your pond.

BE AWARE - £30 + VAT charge to come and quote advised after appointment made. No mention of this anywhere on site.Quick response to my contact form being sent. Phone call from Derek (the MD) within 24hrs who advised he would be round at some point that afternoon, but could not give time. 10 mins after agreeing this we got a text confirming phone conversation with the added bit of there will be a £30 + VAT charge to come and quote. We are 45 mins from their premises.We did not agree to this and when we proposed he must have a lot of work on his response was We always have 4 months of work booked in advance".Such a shame that prior to making appointment and agreeing to come round he could not be honest and state politely they were really booked up
