This particular hotel is absolutely an unsecured place to stay.Disgusting Hotel with hopeless staffs. No one should be even thinking of staying. My belongings were all stolen from the room while I was away and I didn't even get them backWorst experiences in my life.

Digusting hotel. Dirty. Dated. Wifi was on but no connection to internet. TV remote did not operate TV which couldn't even be operated by manual controls. Parking is extra ok. 10 pound deposit for plastic room key not ok. Noisy road no sound proofing. Garbage in the already dirty corridors. Lift not working presumably too costly to maintain or fix. Hotel is a very bad joke.

Disgusting. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to so bad I booked another and could not face this paid £95 for two nights in something that was like an abandoned hostel. Marks on walls holes in walls doors hanging off toilets , half a toilet roll. Was flys on the bed. Couldn’t move in a room that was meant for two then complained and got offered another 4 rooms each which also had a fault - no fans - no lighting in bathroom. We clearly came as a couple and the rest of the rooms offered were all single beds. No facilities what so ever empty and broken vending machine. No explanation of anything have chased and chased my money back. Never met such rude staff to palm me off. Will never be back or recommend to anyone. How it’s still in business I’ll never know .

Don’t bother. Room falls apart through the form of a shower door nearly falling on me. No working bathroom light. No cover for the bathroom light. No bin. No wifi. No fire safety leaflet on the door where there clearly has one. Blinds don’t close. Dangerous and dingy hotel. One member of staff was rude and useless to add to an all round awful stay.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it's not a million miles away from the centre. Other that you are paying way other the odds for a poorly fitted, noisy room where you can hear everything that's going on. The cleaners will bang every door open and closed and you have to pay a £10 deposit for a room key which they have still not paid back after a week. I called up and they said it would be another week until this is refunded back because of the manager wasn't there and only they can do refunds. This is easily the worst hotel I have stayed at as well as being the worst run. Literally stolen £10 from me not to mention the £255 I spent for just 2 nights! Don't ever ever book here no matter what. Worst experience from a hotel.

Not bad at all. Much better than what the reviews are saying. The staff are friendly and professional. Room was clean a bit outdated but clean.

Bathroom door missing handle and doesn't close, blinds broken and immovable, no mugs for tea and coffee. Loads of small things which could be fixed no problem but it seems like no one can be bothered to.Banner in reception six feet high advertising a breakfast which doesn't exist but no one can be bothered to put it away it seems.Clean bed sheets and towels, the only obvious pluses.

For the price of the stay, you don’t accept The Ritz, however this place is terrible.Having to pay £20 on arrival for a deposit on your key is very odd and when you ask for more than one room key, it’s refused!?Rooms absolutely stink, wallpaper hanging off the wall. Both taps in the bathroom also gave hot water. Also a fair walk from the city centre so I’d avoid if you’re looking for a central location.Pretty sure we also had a lady of the night ‘working’ in the room opposite too!
