Very poor performance overall.Visited their premises last week - one member of staff only, she was trying to deal with customer but I felt she could have at least acknowledged me.Gave up waiting, returned a couple of hours later.I left my number with her - to be fair, she did call me back.Told her what I required - she said she'd email me the details as there was no point in going back to the office".No email received

Excellent service. Staff are very knowledgeable and pay great attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We have used them several times and are always pleased with their service.
