Needed a gas leak fixing late on a cold February Friday afternoon.Though that we were in for a central heating free weekend. Thankfully Mick responded/ repaired the same afternoon. Excellent!

doesn't answer your calls never turns up on time. Complete waste of effort trying to get heatplan to come do simple work. Waiting and waiting and still waiting. Avoid avoid avoid

I called Mick with a fairly urgent gas issue. He came when he said he would that very same day. He was very polite and gave me good advice and help. I would recommend him without hesitation and will be using him in the future on all of my properties.

Saved at the last minute . Our gas oven had a rear cracked pipe . The part arrived on Christmas Eve. Mick fitted it that same day . Otherwise our 14 guests would have gone hungry. Absolutely brilliant.
