Very pleasant experience, relaxed atmosphere, staff attentive and helpful for decision making. The stylist ,Jess, was a joy to have my hair done by, and she also put my very nervous sister in law at ease too. Will definitely go back again

What a lovely friendly salon. I have been using the salon for a couple of years now and I now love having my hair done. Abbie is a fantastic hairdresser and I would not use anyone else.

I felt compelled to write a review about my wonderful experience at Aurora Salon in Benfleet. My stylist was Lauren and she was professional, skilled, personable, a good listener regarding my hair needs and offered much useful advice. I am delighted with the results of my appointment (full head of highlights, toner, cut & blow dry) and will certainly continue to use this salon. Prior to my visit here, I have always 'endured' hair appointments, but this was the first time I felt at ease and left the salon pleased with my hair! Highly recommended!

Absolutely unreal service, from the moment you walk into Aurora, very lovely welcoming team with smiles all round. I had my hair coloured and cut by their Senior Stylist Sophie and I couldn’t have ask for a better outcome! After not having my hair done professionally for so long it was such a scary thought letting someone loose on my hair but I couldn’t of asked or dreamt of a better result, I feel like a brand new woman! Highly recommend, and very pleased to say I have finally found a salon I will most definitely be returning to, in fact my second appointment is already booked back with Sophie, affordable prices with the highest quality! Had a first time cut and tint with Danni last week. During our pre appointment consultation I knew she 'got' what I wanted. She was interested, informative and professional. The colour was perfect and the cut emphasised the condition and movement in my hair. The salon has such a nice atmosphere, very helpful staff, reasonable prices, what more can I say. I'm going back!

Abbie is an amazing stylist! She has coloured my hair multiple times and it always is exactly what I ask for. I can’t recommend her enough, I always love her work, she’s amazing! Aurora has such great customer service and always lovely atmosphere in the salon.

I went to Aurora today for the first time and had a lovely experience. Abbie was amazing, she listened to what I wanted and she got my hair looking fresh with an amazing colour, even better then i could have imagined. I felt spoilt from the moment I walked in. I've already booked my next appointment.
