I would like the thank FM motors and there team for sorting out getting my van repairedI purchased the van from FM motors and a few weeks later I had an issue and took it back to the garage, explaining the issues. And with no hesitation they took a look at the issue after a couple of days of inspection they couldn’t quite figure it out, so sent it to ford dealership to get the repair done there.I have now got my van back and it’s like new. FM motors paid for all the works carried out and made everything stress free for myself.I will defiantly purchase another vehicle from FM motors again and will refer them to family and friends.Very friendly and approachable people and very professional.Thanks again.

Superb customer service, my first time buying a van and they couldn’t be more helpful, answered all my questions in a friendly and patient manner. Whole process was very simple and no hard sell at all. After sales care was super as well, had a small issue so popped back in unannounced and it went straight in the garage and was fixed within 30 minutes. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely go back in the future.

Hi allBrought a transit custom off this company!Brilliant service from Tim great guy.Van was what they described.I brought the van only from the pictures I could see so Tim was very honest and sed there was some dents to the side and kindly gave me more money off before I picked it up!!!I got a brilliant deal.!!!To be honest they was that bad!After picking the van up two weeks later I had a leeking diesel pump.My mechanic Had to change it as it was faultyThe cost was £950.00Tim didn’t question it and again kindly paid for it. With no hassle at all.You don’t get service like that from any other dealer.So please if you are looking for a van get your selfs down toF M VAN SALES

I recently brought my first van from FM Motors and I can't recommend them enough. When I first viewed the van it was a very low pressure experience, I was allowed plenty of time to look round it and test drive it. The van had a small dent and wing mirror damage that Tim had fixed before sale as he wasn't happy selling it with these problems. As well as this he got the speed limiter taken off at my request. The van came with a full service and MOT as well as an AA warranty. Unfortunately after purchase the van developed a problem which got diagnosed at my local garage. Some used van sellers would try to get out of paying for this problem but not Tim, he couldn't be more helpful and allowed me to book the van in locally to me without any queries. Once the work was done he paid in full as soon as it was really to be picked up. If you're in the market for a second hand vehicle you really can't go wrong buying from FM Motors and I will be using them again in the future.

It had a fault come up, I took to garage and got it fixed. FM MOTORS paid instantly as it came with 6 months warrenty. It was painless and quick. I don't normally leave reviews but this place deserves it. The reason I share is because previous I purchased a ford transit custom from another dealer. The warrenty was not worth the paper it was written on and a van that cost me £9400 needed 3k worth work. I sold the van and took a big financial hit. I will be buying another van from FM MOTORS when I need to. Thank you guys for supplying me with a great van

I wanted a van for my new business, and I went to FM Motors because they had a few different vans I was interested in.They were friendly, they let me look around the vehicles at my own pace, on my own, and was happy to leave me alone.They answered my questions, and they didn't try to sell me on anything.I test drove the van and said I wanted to think about it. Again, there was no pressure from any of the team, I really respected that.So, I brought the van! I had it for a month (brought it beginning of December 2022) and it broke down the first day back after new years. I had it towed back to FM Motors (IMPORTANT.. FM MOTORS give you AA breakdown cover for free for 6 months, but the LINK WILL EXPIRE. If you are like me and do not use this, and you break down, its on you). FM MOTORS repaired the van as part of the 12 months warranty you get with the AA free of charge, and had the repairs completed within 24 hours which has been really helpful.I have found them good to buy from, have answered my calls and answered my questions.
