the pharmacy does not send the material and does not return the money already spent. he writes that it is serious, but then it disappears with the money, order made the first day of february.

I have had no confirmation or communication about my order i made on 24/03/2020 however my money has been taken from my account. I also sent a contact form asking about this and no reply.
