Pool Meadow
Not worse. Nice and organized bus station in the heart of Coventry. Every bus scheduled here very nicely including Birmingham buses servjces and the national coaches as well. Everyone can get direction easily wherever they wants to go. There is cycle parking site available so you can park your cycle there and take it back. The sign and direction is also visible and some shops is there also. Overall nice bus station.

Wanted to catch the 735 bus from Pool meadow to fillongley at 13.35 today 31/10/23 didn’t turn up. At 2 pm tried to get help from attendant with I am here to help and he didn’t. Lady at kiosk didn’t either help had to catch a taxi home £13 later what a shambles

Love the revamped look with colourful walls etc. Toilets have been refurbished so look better than they did pre-refurbishment. Lots of space and one of the nicest looking stations win the West Midlands. Buses are generally on time but the public don't realise that any complaints about bus reliability should be aimed at the bus operators i.e NX, Stagecoach etc.

Well maintained bus station. Washroom available. Buses are generally on-time. Ticket counter available. 24hrs shop just right outside. Reach here when your destination is Coventry.

Came here once for a National Express coach to London which was super cheap. It was quite difficult, as someone who has never used the bus, to locate where I needed to go in the terminal and I did have to ask someone for help. There was toilets, I used them and they were clean. It was a decent experience overall.

Quite spacious, clear instructions for bus stands. As with most bus stations, it's drafty and some 'odd' characters around but no sign of any staff to help make me feel safe.

Clean bus station, with good signage to gates and busses. Seating at gates while you wait, doors linked to their being a bus at that bay add to safety.

A perfectly functional bus station just nothing that'll blow your socks off but then again does it need to?. No.
