Do not buy products from this company. We purchased a vanity unit from them less than a year ago. Because they were a higher price than the usual products on the market, and came with a five year warranty, we assumed we were purchasing a good quality product. Within four months, the coating on the unit began to bubble and peel away on both sides. The bathroom is well ventilated and we have had no flooding, nor was the unit damaged when it was installed so there is no reason that this would happen other than it was badly made.Despite this, the company have refused to replace the unit, telling us that it was somehow our fault rather than admitting to the fact that this is clearly a substandard product. We have dealt with them for a month now and despite a site visit where they desperately tried to find evidence that there was a problem with the installation (and failed) they expect us to pay them for a replacement. They basically made out that we were lying when we honestly and truthfully told them there had been no flood, and no damage on installation.Stay far away from this company - they provide shoddy products and an even shoddier approach to customer service.

Post my review, Saneux customer servicr team got in touch immediately and tried their best to rectify the issues. They supplied with replacement seats and toilet brushes. Additionally special thanks to Paul Benett who went out of his way to visit our home to rectify an issue with flushing. Amazing customer service and hence i change my rating.Generally would not give a ComPany a bad review publically but having spent a lot of money refurbishing our 3 bathrooms and having all toilet units (concealed cistern and wall mounted WC's) and accessories (toilet brush, toilet roll holder etc) from Sanuex I am forced to write this review. With in 6 months of installing the toilet seat covers and accessories all started to rust (see pictures) badly. The Saneux branded Flush plates in all the 3 bathrooms do not work - various issues e.g. in two of the bathrooms the water keeps going on in toilet after one flush, and in all three bathrooms the flush plates are simply not working and we have been forced to take them.out and just press the levers. Shocked by how bad the quality has turned out to be. The Company did replace the toilet seat covers whem complained but 2 years down from.when we refurbished all our bathrooms nothing seems to work. I wish we had gone for Grohe cistern, flush plates and everything else. Sorry to say but based on our experience and all the money spent I would not recommend Saneux products. I wonder if theyvhave chnaged a supplier in the background as we bought their products based on some good reviews but its turned out to be a big mistake

We visited the Saneux showroom in Imperial Way Croydon in connection with a project to refurbish our downstairs cloakroom. There is a wide range of Saneux products on display which we found really helpful in planning our project. We were met by Henrietta who is very helpful and knowledgeable about Saneux products. Excellent service which augurs well for when our refurbishment gets underway.

We are delighted with the quality of the Saneux UK products we purchased for our bathrooms, the sleek designs and we have never been let down by the attentive and efficient Customer Care and after sales support. Ebony and her team dealt super efficiently with our queries and we can only recommend Saneux and the way they care.

Unlike many companies, Saneux understands customer service very well. I contacted them after a crack appeared in one of their seats. Jennifer in their customer service department was very quick to respond (less than an hour!), asked the right questions and they offered a replacement to be sent the next week at no charge. I raised the ticket on the Thursday, and had a new seat delivered on Monday! It seems the one I had was defective but they also offer excellent quality products as well and clearly understand how the after sales customer experience should be dealt with.

Sanuex has gone over and above for me. Great speedy customer service, friendly and kind. Product is first class and looks amazing. Huge personal thanks to Gerry who arranged everything for us. Thanks so much

The ceramic ware is stylish and at least as good as competitors. However, the cabinets are simply not fit for purpose. Within 3 years, the unit has swollen in areas that have no direct contact with water and in a well ventilated bathroom (also see earlier reviews). After sales service not interested. I have now had to buy a replacement unit - either that or replace whole suite! I am hoping, but not expecting, better luck this time.

We were referred to Vernon by a friend who had used Saneux for all of his property developments. Now that we have worked with them for all of our sanitary ware in all our bathrooms in our new build we would gladly refer them to any of our friends or to you if you are making the decision right now on who to trust and which company does what it says it will do.Faultless service, no quibbling on any damaged product or missing items and next day delivery with great response times.The build has taken nearly 20 months and Saneux were the first decision we took and we are over the moon with the quality of product and the value for money.Highly recommend you get in touch with them.
