One of our deserts was completely forgotten and no one came to check if everything was okay. I had to get up once I had finished my desert to make them aware as there was no one on the floor. We then only got the option to take the desert out which would not work as we live an hour away. So we left only having one desert and no financial remuneration for this. Would definitely not visit again as was handled badly.

First visit here after a friend’s recommendation after dinner and the desserts were yummy and beautifully presented. The staff who attended to us was friendly, professional and warm - Shaan. We had the most wonderful tea and desserts here on Wednesday. Our waiter was so attentive and helpful, he even took a photo of us all while shaking a tambourine to get my grandson to look…. such a lovely guy. The desserts were amazing and the best tea I’ve ever tasted.Thank you for rounding off our day perfectly!

I have been to many dessert places and this one is one of the best in the UK in my opinion. Their waffles are so tasty. You can choose toppings yourself which is cheaper and way more convenient. They even have gluten free waffles! Hard to believe it but it does tastes good. The service is alright. The waitresses don’t come often to ask around but their attitude is good. Anyway, don’t miss this place. They have plenty other options worth to try. Will come back!

We dropped by for a special dessert as it was our 20 years anniversary. Christine was an excellent server, friendly and helpful (when I couldn’t decide what to have). The baklava and vanilla ice cream were top notch. At the end, Christine arranged for a special plate for our anniversary which was a lovely end to our special day.We had a wonderful experience, thank you Christine!

We ordered and were told that one of the dessert we wanted was not available so we're refunded for this. We then sat and waited over 30 minutes and the other desserts didn't arrive, so we at this point needed to leave. Due to miscommunication with the kitchen the whole order had been cancelled.The manager was apologetic and gave us a full refund, plus gave us a gift card, but it left a bit of a sour taste for our first experience of the chain.

Went here this afternoon with my friend and we had a lovely time. The food is amazing and the drinks were beautiful and tasted so refreshing. We had 2 lovely servers, Christina and Jules who looked after us very well and answered our questions about the drinks and food perfectly. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and great food, would highly recommend!

Visiting from Canada, and was looking exactly for this kind of dessert. Got the rose cheesecake and tried 3 different flavours of mochi. Delicious and fresh! Did not disappoint my expectations. The rose petals gave the fragrance and uniqueness I was hoping for. We were served by Zack and he was helpful, polite and accommodating. The interior decoration is tastefully and exquisitely done. Enjoyed my experience here! Service, atmosphere, and product were all well enjoyed.
