Honestly, amazing staff and wonderful vets. We had a dangerous incident today with an uber driver that escalated to calling police, and staff went out of their way to make sure we felt safe, reassured, and helped in such an anxiety inducing situation. They helped repeatedly ask him to leave, and were able to help us get home safe. I really cannot thank, or recommend their team more as they're all such lovely people. In terms of pet care too, our attending vet was awesome. Our girl hurt her paw, and he was great. Clearly very experienced, gave thorough snd detailed explanations of possibilities etc, talking us through everything. I get so worried leaving her with people sometimes, but I felt completely at ease with her spending the day there. They really have gone above and beyond with their customer service and I appreciate it immensely. I can't thank them enough. If you want a vet you can trust as a professional, and as a caring environment, definitely go here.

I was highly satisfied because the reception people were good and explain everything that needs to be done the welcoming was so good. They friendly to every customer and every pet. The nurse was really good also explained everything that I didnt know. I really appreciate for the way my cat was really looked after i was very pleased i would recommend vets4pets to my friends and family everything was done on time. Thank you so much for treating me and whiskers the best.

Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the veterinary services provided by your clinic on 06/07/2023. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of professionalism, communication, and discrimination I experienced during this incident.On 30/06/2023 , I made a veterinarian appointment for my pet, Sheru, to address a pressing health issue. I had taken the necessary steps to ensure the appointment in advance, including taking a day off from work. However, shortly before your clinic's closing time at 6:30 PM before the day of the appointment, I received a call informing me that the attending veterinarian was ill and could not attend the appointment as scheduled.Upon learning this information, I expressed my concern for my pet's well-being and requested alternatives to address the situation promptly. Unfortunately, I was met with an unhelpful response from your staff, who insisted that there was nothing they could do and offered a refund as a solution. I reiterated the urgency of my pet's condition and stressed that a delay would only worsen their health, yet I was simply provided with a rescheduled appointment for the following week.To my astonishment, on a subsequent visit to your clinic to purchase medication for my pet, I observed a queue of customers waiting outside. This raised suspicions, prompting me to question your receptionist about the situation. The receptionist admitted that another veterinarian had been called in for emergency cases and that some appointments had been canceled as a result. Furthermore, I discovered that the veterinarian who was claimed to be ill was present and even provided a weak excuse for their late arrival, citing back pain.The entire chain of events surrounding the last-minute cancellation of my appointment seems suspicious and lacking in transparency. I firmly believe that I have been subjected to discrimination, possibly based on my ethnicity, the color of my skin, or my religious beliefs. When expressing my disappointment and concerns to your staff, including Manager Frankie, I was met with an unsympathetic attitude and inappropriate remarks. Manager Frankie even went so far as to tell me, You should not come here

Our vet, Ross, was incredible. It's very hard to find a good exotics vet for guinea pigs, and after one visit with Ross, I think he's the best in Leicester. He went above and beyond and spotted a health problem we didn't even know existed - in under 30 hours from our initial checkup our guinea pig was home recovering from surgery. The cost and pricing structure was well explained. We are looking forward to further visits in the future. Thank you to Ross, Abby and all of the team for their amazing work!

I took Buster here on Wednesday and I am extreamly happy with the service myself and Buster received. Even though the vet was running late the reception staff informed me of this and also informed my that the vet was nearly finished with the other customer, so wasn't left wondering when will we be seen.The vet was amazing, was very thorough and had my cats welfordin mind and looked kept me in the loop of what she was doing to Buster and why.I will be in rolling my other two cats on their yearly plan.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Absolutely useless. Trying to rearrange for my dog to have her boosters. This is the third time as she should have been done in November. I’ve paid for the pet plan (which they will not refund). My dog is also missed 2 worming and flea treatment. Explained this to them. But they will not send anymore out. “As it’s been over a year since the last check up”Absolutely shocking practice.The manager would not give me details so I could e mail head office.

We were late as we went to the wrong vets for pets and due to the weather but we rang and explained and the receptionist moved appointments around so we were able to be seen which was amazing. She was polite and very helpful. The vet was AMAZING! such a lovely man with a approachable aura. Amazing visit, so glad we selected vets for pets for our baby kobe.
