They offered to come to quote a stove installation, forgot to attend two separate days after waiting into the evening. Then rude on the phone.

Had a new gas stove fitted, it looks beautiful. The job was done quickly and very cleanly. Would recommend RDR.

We are really chuffed with our new Wood Burning stove installed by Richard at RDR Stoves. From our first contact with Richard (arriving to quote when he said he would) he has been spot on. He understood our ‘vision’ and quoted accordingly. We also visited his shop in Bingham and met his partner who was also extremely approachable and helpful. He was always contactable via phone and text and nothing was too much trouble, in fact he was very patient with our dithering! As part of the installation we also had our chimney repaired. Again this was not a problem and we are extremely happy with the result. A big thanks to his work colleague Charlie too. It’s so refreshing to meet tradesmen that you can feel completely at ease with and trust, sharing a joke with and getting some extremely useful advice in the process. Thanks so much! Well what can I say,what an absolute shambles these people are,was supposed to come out and give me a quote on an installation,Attempt 1- never turned up with no communication,so I ring up the next day to be told they would come on a certain night,and if any problems they would ring/textAttempt 2-yep suprise suprise never turned up with NO communication AGAIN,now having to care for my elderly parent in the evening I made alternate arrangements for this to take place only to be let down TWICE,Spend your money with a MORE RELIABLE COMPANY
