Miserable and slow.Phoned in to ask if they did normal paper printing, the answer was yes but was cut off on the phone.Got there explained I had emailed things over. The staff member didn’t even read the email of how many copies I wanted and couldn’t even offer a smile.The incomplete printing job didn’t come through the printer, but at a rate slower than personal printers and it cost £7 for 15 pages.So poor service, poor welcome, poor product delivery

Went in to print off a photo. Attitude from staff is terrible. I asked whether they done a photo in a smaller size to what I needed and there comeback was buy a bigger frame. So explained it was a gift. So they state well you'll have to just print the picture off a bigger size and cut down. Not helpful at all. And definitely need a lesson on customer services. Won't be going back if I need anything else. Will look else where. Instead of the Washington store.

Shocking customer service,Went to pay for the pictures I had printed & the shop didn’t close for another 4 mins when I got to the till she said it will have to be card only as we have closed the till, I only had cash & the women behind the counter huffed and shook her head in utter disgust that I only had cash. Unfortunately it’s not my problem that they had closed the till 4 minutes earlier than they should have when customers were still in the shop. Other than this I had no other problems but suggest the staff get some customer service & get a smile on their face.

Verry bad cistermer services tried to ask for help as I doint know how to work the photo machine there was 1 woman there sure she was called syliva verry abrupt when I asked her for help she giv me a hacky look come over said there u go follow the instructions omg she should not be in that kind of job were u carnt be bothered to seve you I even asked a young girl called cait she was the same they were just standing around but was in the shop for over 3o mins stressed tsostressed at this point ii

Had to print a pdf from a memory stick, sign it then scan it back to the memory stick. No problem at all to the very professional and knowledgeable staff in Max Spielmann. Was no trouble at all and was done at a very good price. Fabulous customer experience.
