The best yarn shop in the Midlands for so many reasons. A real community asset! Eleanor and the gang are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the shop is genuinely inclusive and supportive. I can't imagine my knitting life without this place. Keep being fabulous!

The best yarn shop in the East Midlands for many years running, and for good reason! Eleanor and the other workers are so helpful and knowledgeable and supportive. The shop is so well equipped with everything from bargains to reasonably priced yarn and some absolutely luxurious treats. I love going in for some beautiful yarn, buttons, patterns, notions and hand made project bags and always feel welcomed and then given lots of help. I'm always happy to support my local bricks and mortar independent yarn shop run by a super lovely woman!

I made an order online a few months ago, but after placing the order the manager called me to let me know and was super helpful offering alternative colours. They came and knitted up a beautiful jumper, and once the colours I wanted were back in stock i was informed straight away and purchased them too! Super helpful, really went above and beyond! Will definitely order again!

Since picking up knitting over a year a go this has become my favourite shop in Nottingham. Staff are super friendly and happy with help with any queries such finding wool and reading patterns. They have an awesome array of good quality wool, which always fit project perfectly. Recommend to anyone who knits or crochets!

I love this shop. The staff are so helpful and polite from when you enter the shop until you leave. They help you if you are a beginner in knitting/crochet to a professional. They’re just brilliant.

What a gem of a find in Knit Nottingham. Always a friendly welcome, Eleanor, the owner is so helpful , encouraging when things go wrong and not forgetting Casper, who is also helpful. You don't get this service online shopping!

Ordered some Aran yarn one evening. The very next morning, I got a lovely friendly email from Casper to say they were having to order the yarn in so it's all from the same batch which would take a day or two to arrive. Then, the day after this, I received an email to say it'd been despatched and here it is! Beautifully packaged, excellent communication, very fast delivery. Will definitely buy from again.
