When I arrived at the store I was left to wait to be served for considered amount of time despite of shop being not too busy. When finally I had to approach a sales assistant she told me very uninterstlythat unfortunately they can't repair my ring which completely contradict the information given on your website. So my trip to the shop was very unsatisfactory and time waisting.

I Came in the store very unsure what I would like to purchase for a gift to my mother I asked the shop assistant “Hannah” for some help and she was incredible. After showing me some items in which took my fancy I finally made my decision on what to purchase. She was very polite, respectful and incredibly chatty. Thank you for making what would have been a stressful shopping experience a breeze.

extremely poor service, been waiting for more than 5 mins and nobody was willing to serve their customers, staff have not been trained properly and being rude to guests, same queue for trying things and for paying, extremely disorganised in this place!

Such helpful staff. Really spent so much much more than expected but love the items and I made fantastic savings. For a black Friday it was so well organised. Definitely go back there to shop again. Lovely girl who wears a cross. Will always look out for her as she really knew all about the jewellery.

Customer service was awful, the girls were so rude, one of them even said she was too busy, when she was standing behind the counter said she didn’t want to serve to her colleague and was busy applying lip gloss. Such a disappointing experience in purchasing a gift. So rude
