PT | South Norwood | PT with Juliet at The Garden Studio | Personal training in a beautiful bespoke studio, combining pilates (reformer and mat), high intensity interval training and yoga. We utilise both body weight and resistance equipment to raise fitness levels, build stronger core control and tone muscles, whilst also increasing flexibility, balance, co-ordination and better postural awareness.

I love my sessions with Juliet, she has really improved my form and helped me to feel stronger. The combination of pilates, HIIT and yoga practices keeps it interesting and works the whole body. Highly recommend!

Juliet is a fantastic teacher. I have been attending her yoga classes for about a year and now I also have a weekly PT session. She is kind and fun and very precise with her instructions. The sessions are motivating, varied and challenging. I have never liked the gym or stuck to any form of exercise apart from yoga. During lockdown I became really passive and did not feel comfortable in my own body. Juliet’s sessions helped me feel a lot stronger and more confident again. I always look forward to them and would highly recommended signing up!

Juliet has changed the way I feel about my body. From someone who only exercised when I needed to lose weight, to someone who now exercises twice a week and looks forward to aching and feeling strong- the difference is immense. She is hard but kind and always pushes you so you feel proud of yourself post work out. The sessions are (dare I say it) FUN and her studio is beautiful. Xx

I started my PT sessions with Juliet after my diagnosis of scoliosis. It has been an amazing experience. Juliet’s approach is fantastic, she has used her expertise in Yoga and Pilates to personalise the sessions for me. She is always develop and evolving her skills, so is always brings something new to our sessions.Her patience is second to none, especially with someone who had no experience in yoga and pilates but also has poor balance and co-ordination. That was 3 years ago, and I have still continued 121 sessions with Juliet. The sessions are so enjoyable, as well as challenging. We continued the sessions in lockdown via Zoom, and the experience has been amazing too! The hour never feels long enough! I certainly don't intend to stop doing anytime soon.I am now stronger, more confident and have seen a great improvement in my posture and back pain. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Juliet to anyone!

Juliet and I have been working together since May 2022 and I highly recommend her 1-2-1 sessions. No class is ever the same, which I love. She always challenges me during our sessions and I feel my physical fitness is constantly advancing. Juliet’s personal approach and kind manner has helped me feel more positive about myself as I was feeling quite low having gained weight during COVID lock downs. Some may consider 1-2-1 sessions as a luxury, but the sessions are very reasonably priced (especially when you buy a package deal) and I feel worth the expense to look after both my physical and mental health.

Juliet is a fantastic Personal Trainer and I’d highly recommend her.Following the birth of my second baby by emergency Caesarean section I had lost any strength and fitness. However after just a few sessions I’m already on my way back to better strength and fitness levels than I had pre- pregnancy.Juliet has taken the time to really understand my goals and has tailored a programme specifically for me to achieve these. She has reignited my motivation and I look forward to the sessions with her each week. Through a combination of Pilates reformer and mat work along with HIIT and resistance training and yoga I have quickly seen improvements towards achieving my goals and I’m feeling great, thank you Juliet!

Could not recommend enough, I have been attending one to one classes with Juliet since the end January and the difference to my fitness level and confidence is incredible. Every class I attend is planned with precision and great thought to my individual needs. The garden room is spotlessly clean and very well equipped and she is such a lovely person.

Training with Juliet has changed my life. I started the sessions as a New Year’s resolution / last ditch attempt after trying lots of osteo, physio, acupuncture etc to manage a health condition that was limiting the use of my hands and my ability to do a desk job. Last year I thought I was going to have to retrain to something that wasn’t based in an office but thanks to the careful planning and patience from Juliet I’ve managed to gain strength in places I never thought possible and am now back at work full time with flare ups few and far between. Aside from the huge impact it’s had on my personal health the sessions are challenging but fun in a beautiful calm studio and Juliet finds that careful balance of friendly yet motivating. Couldn’t recommend more.

I really enjoy my PT sessions with Juliet. She understands what I'm looking to get from my sessions and how to work with my back issues. Her workouts are challenging, but achievable and never boring. Most importantly, I can feel myself getting fitter and stronger!
