Turkish Barber Edinburgh

I had a really good experience at the shop. The owner is very interactive and intuitive when it comes to suggesting styles that suit the individual. Overall, i had a very nice experience and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of service provided.

Having been a customer of this barber for over 9 years I can absolutely guarantee that you will get excellent service at his barber shop. He has always be incredibly friendly and his hair cuts are the best in town. I felt compelled to write this when I saw the comments from a so called disgruntled customer (who spent all of 1 minute in this man’s shop). Utter nonsense is all I can say about his comments and I would say that this is the best barber here in the south side of Edinburgh.

This is the first time I feel compelled to do a review. The owner of this place is a man without shame. I enter his business and he doesn’t even look at me in the face, the place was empty but he makes me wait a good minute before greeting me. He must have been on drugs or something cause I was talking and he was barely listening, he looked disoriented. After explaining to him that I just needed my beard trimmed, he proceeds to tell me that he will do it for £25. Yes, TWENTY FIVE pounds for a beard trimmed, a service that costs £12-15 at max in any other barber shop. And he told me that as if he was doing me a favour. He tried to make me pay the same price that I would pay for a full haircut. Did you really think I was some clueless tourist? Disgusting behaviour, shame on you.

I love the haircut. Ilyas is such a kind man. He’s really friendly and talented. I’d like to have another haircut with him again.

A pleasant experience. Little wait because the barber works very fast, the fastest that lve ever seen. Quality is good, will visit again.
