Had a woodworm survey done from your oldham branch in June this year. We where given the option to take out the property insurance. I've emailed messaged called and still no one has rang me back to take payment and send me the documents. This has been going on since july. A very poor customer service!!

quick to take your money, but do not resolve the issues when it is not fixed. I spent £5k and the damp as just come right back. They do not respond. I am taking them to the small claims court
