first order was lovely. duvet was soft and fluffy so ordered again. second order was wrong and to post back is £12. Only cost me £15 for duvet. company won't send out free postage stamp for these error. not replying to emails!

Got an email saying my items where delivered, no one was home that day. Asked neighbors and no one took a delivery for me. Contacted love2sleep who told me the package was signed for and sent me a copy of a signature. Which was not mine. Took nearly 2wks for the company to contact me and tell me the courier can not recall the delivery but THINKS it was delivered to my address. Love2sleep say I am now in a courier -customer dispute. Very slow customer service. And upon reading reviews on trust pilot I am not the only one who had ordered goods and not received them. God only knows how long it will take to get goods or refund. However now .....I just want a refundNever again

I ordered a single quilt and pillows bundle. It wasn't due till Monday 14th November 2022 but I received it today 12th November 2022. Its perfect for my lorry and the service was excellent. Will use you again.Thank you.Mark Preece.Nottingham.

Scamming company - ordered a duvet and pillow set via wowcher when it didn’t arrive I emailed and they said I would have to contact wowcher for a refund despite the fact they took an extra £5 for delivery. Queried as to when they were planning on letting me know they never intended on sending the item, no reply received.

My order arrived promptly, good quality and I had excellent customer service when I had to contact re an exchange. Would reccomend thank you

absolutely shocking company please stay away i ordered a quilt from them took the payment immediately then they have delivered it to a completely different address thats not even on my street spoke to the owner who told me the only thing they can do is open a investigation and i have to wait 7 days for a reply so my disabled son has been left without no quilt absolutely shocking

Ordered two 15 tog duvet's from this company and only one arrived. It feels horrible quality and most definitely not 15 tog...it's much thinner. I would avoid buying from this company unless you wish to waste money.

I have been ordering from love2sleep since a year now and it definitely is value for money every time. The staff is extremely helping and polite. The products are quality with low prices (I compared on the internet)

Avoid this company!I ordered a very thick 15 tog Duvet, When the item arrived it was clearly much thinner - probably around 5 togs and had a cheap and nasty feel to it.Although the label on thin plastic bag it came in said 15 tog"

Very pleased with product and excellent customer service. I ordered the budget 10.5 double duvet and I’m very pleased with overall quality. I’d had a query which was immediately answered via Amazon forum with correct information. Happy customer.
