Can't be faulted...excellent value and service, got the fault fixed and vehicle returned swiftly.

I had a problem with my traction control sensor that Halfords couldn’t fix, they suggested Luptons. Problem diagnosed and fixed with no fuss. Delivery of the part took 3 weeks but this is a supply chain problem that we all endure rather than a problem at Luptons end. Excellent service.

We had a problem with our rear lights. Sorted quickly and at a good price. Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future if needed.

Have just had a towbar and electrics fitted to my vehicle. Sean and his team did a brilliant job at a good price and on time. They were very helpful and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you.

Not very impressed with the customer service I received. There was nowhere to wait so was told I had to wait outside in the cold. I am a disabled woman on my own and was not even offered a chair to sit on. No one seemed approachable to me. Very vague on what was actually done to my vehicle too, both by asking the guy, as well as no proper details on receipt/invoice either. Maybe if I had been a guy, I might have been treated differently. Women can be knowledgeable about mechanical things too!! Just hope the repairs last.Sorry for the negative review, but I am just putting forward my own honest experience.

Well I tried to use them paid them for an hours diagnostics and it took them over 4 months to produce a quote for the work.It took them so long the dealer who was meant to be paying closed down so going to have to do the work myself.Every time I called to find out if the quote had been done it was one excuse after another!Thanks for nothing. Very unprofessional and utterly useless.

Great, friendly and knowledgeable garage. Had my airbag issue diagnosed and fixed within an hour plus they noticed a fault with my break light and took care of it for me. Highly recommend for anything electrical with your car. I spoke to another garage before finding Luptons and they wanted to charge £135 just to diagnose, Luptons diagnosed and fixed within an hour and there rates are £60 for the first hour! Money well saved!

I took my car to this garage and they charged me more than £100 and they did not fixed the car, as I keep having exactly the same problem. Went to talk to them and they were very rude and I ended up paying for nothing. Would not recommend at all.
