Heathland House Care Home

I attended the open day recently at Heathland House and can only say what a lovely place it is, staff could not have been more helpful.

Working with the Heathland team is fantastic we are treated with dignity and respect the residents are treated with great care the food is all freshly prepared and served I look forward to working with the team for a long time

Absolutely fantastic care home. The staff very professional. The interior is beautifully laid out,the residents rooms are homely and to a high specification. The grounds are well kept and full of colour.The food is five star with plenty of choice.Overall Healthland House care home is exceptional to the highest standards of care

I have worked for Cinnamon Care for almost 2 years in 2 of their homes. In the 26 years of care it is the best company that I have ever worked for. The manager is very supportive. We as staff are encouraged to work in a person centered way. It is a treat to come to work and get to know my residents and spend time with them.

I have been working at Heathland House since it opened and can say it is Luxury Living at its best. The residents are a pleasure, working and socialising with them makes the job a delight and interesting. The staff are amazing and the atmosphere is lovely.

I had a the great pleasure of visiting Heathland House today to carry out ear wax removal for a resident. From the moment I stepped through the door I was made to feel most welcome by the friendly and professional staff. The surroundings were impeccable, like stepping into a five star hotel! Beautiful interior design, clean, tidy, spacious, calm and with a homely feel. Every member of staff greeted me with a smile and good morning. The head nurse met me before and after treating the lady which was extremely professional. She was kind, caring and took time to discuss the treatment. I cannot praise Heathland House enough and would have no hesitation in considering it for my family or myself!Thank you

Heathland House has an exceptional team who focus so much on every single resident, nothing is too much trouble.

I had a lovely visit to Heathland House this week, I met some very happy residents and helpful friendly staff during my visit.A fabulous building and gardens, ample parking as well as a glitzy salon for hair and nails !!The turkey supper looked fab too :-)
