Outstanding services from start to finish. The sales man was very helpful and knowledgable of his products he advised me of what type of fire alarm and intruder alarm would be best for me. Admin staff where quick and curious which made every thing simple for me. The engineers were very professional, tidy and pleasant. Overall very happy with the service I received, I am considering other products for my business. I would highly recommend them.

Awful experience overall. We spent mid five figures on a commercial alarm upgrade with them. They poorly managed the project and missed out multiple area’s of the installation which we picked up on. On one occasion they installed additional equipment without approval despite us explicitly asking to not do so without an approved quote, following which they blindly charged. They do not have a formal complaints procedure and all of our complaints were dismissed.
