Very interesting small museum in the heart of Horsham. Great variety of items collected from the area. Items from various periods can be seen including dinosaur fossils that were unearthed from Rudgwick. Interesting on a small scale.

Horsham Museum
A free museum with lots of display showing the towns history. Easy to find location and near the shops and cafes. Friendly staff and has events for kids. Donation is highly encouraged.

Fascinating building full of little rooms with lots of exhibits and notices explaining what everything is.I never realised how large the outside space is where there's an excellent wildlife garden and barns & outhouses full with yet more exhibits.You really could spend many hours here.

Fascinating little museum. We took our 3 granddaughters (7,6 & 4) there on a rainy morning and kept them on song for, but their standards, a goodly long time, but could have easily spent considerably longer if we were on our own!

Stick-shaking quantities of stuff from all categories from prehistoric tools to fashion and examples of books by Horsham residents. Well-written blurbs on all the subjects covered, so plenty of interesting snippets.All arranged over two floors of the main building with displays of bigger agriculture and transport items in additional buildings in the lovely, long garden,which contains plenty of sitting space.

A large local museum covering the history of the area, free to access and well worth a visit. We found it all quite fascinating.
