They have lots of different trampoline website shops, various different customer servie phone numbers, but all just have a recorded message telling you to email, which is then ignored. i.e. no customer service, so just hope you dont need service/spares.

recently purchased an elite trampoline which despite the current situation in the UK arrived when we were told it would be. so really cannot fault them as they have done what they said they would. the trampoline itself is amazing and well constructed. it took 2 of us to assemble but once up our 3 children have been making good use of it, with big smiles all round !!

We a bought large trampoline (Tristar) (£700) as a Christmas present for the kids. They have used it when they can during the winter months.The spring in the base seems have broken, and dips to the point of being unusable. I have contacted customer services and no response. I have had cheaper trampolines in the past and they have lasted years. The product is poor and disappointed to not had a response from the company.£700 is a lot of money to spend on what was a dream trampoline. So what do we do now? Buy another?.We cannot afford to do that. Very frustrating and to have no response from the company is really bad...surely there a warranty or help they can provide to fix the problem.Buyer beware!in addition to this. The delivery driver just dumped the trampoline in the street refusing to take it up our drive!

Fantastic! Ordered a replacement net and mat for a 4 year old model. Replacement arrived within a week and was a perfect fit and reasonably priced. Thanks a bunch as our trampoline is used constantly and is as good as new.

I bought an Oval trampoline for my daughters birthday - she LOVED it. The size is great, it is very sturdy and safe. It is manufactured to high quality standards. I would highly recommend.Good value, high spec. It was relatively easy to build.I have also had great after sales service when needing to replace a part.

Great service from JMP Store. We chose the 11ft square trampoline and opted for the installation service. The trampoline was delivered and installed within a couple of days of ordering. Kids love the trampoline, it has a great jump space, plenty of room for the three of them to bounce together.

Fantastic trampoline, but need spares, tried to phone, no response told to e-mail. Sent an e-mail not even an acknowledgement after 2 (working) days. If you buy something prey you never need spares. Customer service is appaling. You can always tell how good a firm is by how they support the products they sell, not how quickly they dispatch the new shiny boxes.

Dreadful delivery service. Take their 48 hour delivery boast with a pinch of salt. Both JMP and Tuffnells (courier) blaming each other with the customer caught in the middle. My trampoline arrived nine days after ordering in a terrible condition, simply left on the drive for me to find when I left the house. Parts were then discovered to be missing which arrived five days later.On a positive note, JMP did respond promptly to mails and messages although an assurance I was given of a replacement product being dispatched were reneged upon without informing me.Overall a very poor experience shopping with JMP.

JMP Stores have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. We purchased our 15 x 15 Telstar trampoline from them back in 2018, and yet here in 2021 Simon was ready to help us emailing new copy of the user manual and posting a new tool pack as we had mislaid ours and needed to dismantle the trampoline (as we're re-doing our garden). First class service from Simon and JMP Stores Ltd. Highly recommend not just for the amazing trampoline but the follow up service too. Wish all companies were like this!
