I recently purchased a C43 AMG at Exclusive Autos and I must say that the service I received was absolutely fantastic and second to none.From the moment I entered the dealership, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, and the staff were very attentive to my needs and requirements. The dealership had an impressive selection of high-end and sought after performance carsThe entire process of buying the car was very smooth and hassle-free. Mensur guided me through every step of the process, from the initial test drive to the final purchase. What really stood out to me was the level of customer service that I received. Mensur was very friendly and courteous, and he went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Before purchasing my Mercedes CLA I looked at the reviews like you do, which were mixed at the time but enough for me to have a look at this dealership. On arrival my first impression was wow they have really nice cars and clearly have an eye for detail and a unique selection and don't just sell your standard Mercedes, BMW etc. Unfortunately I could only afford the lower scale of the selection available but the Mercedes I purchased in my eyes was spot on and still now I have no regrets, as soon as I purchased this I booked it for a health check at my local garage, the only thing they had pointed out was disc and pads would need changing within a few months and when they had painted the callipers they also painted the pads? A school boy error but I could live with that. Before placing a deposit I pointed out a small crack in the windscreen which they happily replaced, the salesman (Mensah) at the time on my first visit was very laid back and kind of made me feel like I was not that important due to it being one of the lower priced cars but still to me a lot and a big decision to make, having said that he was very helpful on finalising the sale. They offered me a fairly reasonable p/x and the communication was good between preparing my car and finalising payment. I held back on my review as I wanted to see how the car was in a few months and to be honest it's been brilliant, all I would advise is give your like a real thorough look before you make that decision and point out your finds which I'm sure they will get it to the standard you'd expect.

The guys at exclusive autos were simply brilliant when I swapped my car in for new one with them. They offered me a great deal for my part exchange, handled all of my existing finance left over had great communication throughout. Not to mention I came out with a stellar new car for a great price! Had been looking for an AMG GLC43 with the right upgrade options in black for quite sometime and saw they had what I wanted on a regular basis so called them up, they told me when one was coming in and let me know at the earliest opportunity.The team were very professional and helped answer all my questions and the car looked fantastic.
