Timbertherm were incredible from start to finish! We had some sash windows, French doors and a new front door made and installed by them and we couldn’t be happier. Our front door was completely bespoke and Timbertherm were so supportive and helpful, ensuring we got the best possible end product. We have some more windows which we hope to have installed in the new year and already can’t wait to work with Timbertherm again.

Despite being a picky customer with mixed requirements for our coonservation area wood bay window replacements - one traditional weighted sliding sash and two spring sliding sahes in each bay, Justin and Michael were nothing but patient with us and our finicky aesthetic 'demands'. The manufacture and build met the exact requirement to the letter and the install by Graham and Lee was exemplary and finished really well, despite difficult weather. The final look, after a tad of painting around the outside render and finishing gloss of the inside architrave is beautiful with a capital Ooh

The Timbertherm team helped me to successfully navigate listed building consent to obtain double glazed laminated units to reduce noise and improve heat retention in my GII listed farmhouse. They provided x-section drawings and glazing options for the LBC process (priceless). The measurement and estimation process was fast and production including the special glass units went to schedule and I was kept updated at each stage. The installation team of 2 were great and were on the job throughout, they asked which rooms to prioritise to enable work (or teenage sleeping) to contine. All works were COVID-19 secure and there was no mess. The install team used the correct lime mortar colour to repoint the bricks around the windows on the listed facade and the salesman came to inspect the works once the team had completed. End to end - 5 star.

Its not often you come across a company as good as Timbertherm.From the outset they have been friendly, knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond to help us chose the perfect windows and doors for our home. As first time self builders, we have been fully involved in the process of design and installation and they have treated us as equal, valued partners throughout the process, despite our many questions and knowledge gaps. Installation was efficient and tidy and the guys were a pleasure to have on site.I'm thoroughly impressed with Timbertherm and their products and would highly recommend them- as I have done to many people already!Edit- we had some issues with the hinges and window catches 6 months on. Not really their fault, but due to the dampness of the plaster within our new build. They attended very quickly (despite being 250 miles away!) and not only replaced all of the catches we had an issue with, but sanded and repainted the frames on site- on a weekend! Again, this company have gone above and beyond.

Timbertherm replaced 20 windows and 3 door sets for us and were always honest and professional. The whole process was smooth and efficient with any issues dealt with promptly. The fact the fitters are employees and not subcontractors was appealing to us and did an excellent job.Would thoroughly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with my new windows. I’m the third person in my road to use Timbertherm and loved the fact I could view their products in a showroom and discuss with someone as I was nervous about the process. The installers on the day worked quickly and efficiently. The windows are extremely good quality. I was only going to have the front of the house done but I’m so impressed I’m planning on having the back done now!

Amazing service from start to finish, from Justin, Joe, Michael and the fitters. The end product looks great, and the operate and function an absolute treat. Have had timber sash windows installed in the past that do not go anywhere near the standard of the Timbertherm windows. Very happy with them and wouldn't hesitate to use again

Timbertherm have completed an excellent job on our property, a total of 14 windows have been installed. The experience has been consistently superb from beginning to end. The quality of the windows installed is fantastic and has really enhanced the appearance of our 1930's property.The team of fitters were so careful and created so little damage when removing our old windows it was quite unbelievable reviewing the final results.Everything was completed exactly as we was promised. We could not have asked for more. Thanks all at Timbertherm, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
