Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I had an appointment booked by 111 for 1pm and was made to wait outside for 2 hours before being seen to.

Wouldn’t even really say that this place was a 1 star. I called 111 due to pouring of blood where I definitely shouldn’t be bleeding and they sent me here for an appointment at 10:15pm I got there for 9:45pm and I didn’t get seen until 11:30pm. When I got into my appointment the doctor checked my blood pressure and pressed my stomach a few times then sent me home even though I was clearly really worried about what was happening. I should have been examined but she didn’t do that and when I expressed my concerns about appendicitis because my stomach was in agony she told me that I definitely don’t have that because If I did I’d be ‘talking like a granny’ which I thought was very unprofessional. She was not reassuring at all and I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for just under a 5 minute appointment where she didn’t even seem bothered at all about what was going on. This was on Saturday and today I went to the clinic to get checked and it turns out I have a cervical ectropsion which can grow and could eventually lead to surgery. I’ve been in agony all week just because the doctor couldn’t be bothered to take 5 minutes to examine me. Would not recommend and I wouldn’t come here again.

Absolutely shocking that only 1 parent is allowed to attend a Dr's appointment despite covid rules being pretty much completely removed. We would have been better taking my baby to a local GP where both me and my fiance could have attended and talked together about our babies welfare. Whilst football stadiums are letting thousands of people inside with an LFT I can't sit in an empty waiting room and to find out what's wrong with my 3 week old boy. The system needs to be reviewed urgently to avoid any furth separation anxiety.

Running over 2 hours late, it would be better as a drop in center than providing fake appointment times. Honesty is the cornerstone of service.
