From start to finish, dealing with Arrow Electrics has been an absolute pleasure. The website was really easy to use, my message was responded to within a couple of hours, next day visit arranged and full repair of my dishwasher completed within 45mins of arriving. Fantastic service as always!I telephoned at 8.30am regarding a broken dishwasher. Arrow Electrics squeezed me in despite having a busy day. He identified the problem immediately, and gave me a price to fix it before proceeding. I have used Arrow Electrics three times now, and cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We’ve used Arrow Electrics three times now for our Neff hob and two Neff ovens, and have had excellent service each time. Calls have been returned promptly, and the fault diagnosed and fixed at the call out. Very reasonable price too. No complaints at all, would happily use again and recommend.

Nick came out the day after I called. He identified the fault with the dishwasher and was able to remedy it straight away. He also provided useful advice on which programs to use. I had almost forgotten that there are still some tradesmen about who care about providing a great service to their customers and will not rip you off. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
