I rarely go to this Costa in Harborne. In fact my 2022 visit was my first time back in almost three years. O2 WiFi has long since been replaced by Costa's own WiFi, but was unable to connect to it (and mobile data connection was a bit patchy). Still a large and spacious store. Bus stop outside for the 23, 24, 76 (and other routes). The same usual toastie and coffee I have at other Costa's.

I took my niece in to have a lunch and a get together. She is dairy free and so they served us our drinks in plastic cups so they would know which one was dairy free which was a good system as drinks could get mixed up.

Large branch. Service is well-meaning but muddled. Barista asks me what type of milk I want. I say Skimmed". She stops to do something else for another customer

Good coffee and selection of pastries and cakes at a reasonable price, I used my Costa reusable cup, so I was able to collect 2 coffe beans as opposed to the 1 bean, adding to a free drink. Staff were friendly and efficient in service. The restaurant was comfortable and clean. Definitely somewhere I would re visit when in Harbourn.

The guys at Costa are the best Batista's ever. No matter how busy, happy , always ask how you are and make lovely patterns on my flat white, very talented. Thanks guys

There's a couple of really nice staff mainly the tall blind guy always really friendly and polite, today though had terrible service from quite possibly the most miserable person I've encountered (small blond girl, face like a slapped a**) literally didn't speak, half finished my order which she's got wrong and theleft to someone else to rectify - honestly don't work in hospitality if you have no hospitality!
