I first had PT sessions with Shenda during lockdown (in the run up to my wedding) and have since then joined her weekly bootcamp classes. The classes are friendly, welcoming and suitable for people of differing abilities.It is not the type of bootcamp where you are screamed at and told off. Shenda works you hard but also chats and tells funny stories to take your mind off the exercise.

We've been doing PT and Pilates with Shenda for a few weeks now and have really enjoyed the sessions. Shenda has been able to tailor the sessions to our pace and is knowledge about nutrition too!

Shenda is helping me regain strength after a period of not exercising. She takes time to understand specific needs and issues, and also explain exactly what is happening and how to do things properly. I have a much better understanding of things now than I have ever had! As a bonus she is friendly (and non judgemental) which really helps!

I first trained with Shenda 8 years ago and came back last year in the run up to my wedding this summer. With the choice of both HIIT & Boxing bootcamps, I mix it up each week and I have noticed a big difference in my fitness levels and lost quite a few inches off my bust, waist and hips for the wedding. The sessions with Shenda are not only a great workout but also good fun with a bunch of lovely people. Shenda also provides different weights and levels for each exercise so the sessions suit all levels.

Shenda is a great trainer, experienced and a true motivator. Evidence of that is that I have been coming to her Bootcamps for a year and a half and am still enjoying it! It's always a friendly group with workout plus a chat if you want. Just give it a try!!UPDATE July 2023 - and the exercise and fun goes on! Over 2.5 years of continuous benefit from bootcamp!
