Got our first pram here for our baby, staff so helpful, personal and give you plenty options when purchasing. They actually remember you when you return after too!They have more than just prams too, me and my fiancé looked all over for this particular chicco crib we wanted, tried all the major large stores they didn't have it, went back to Victoria Houston, they offcourse remembered us and they had the crib we wanted and at a very competitive price. I'd say always have a look to them. They'll help in any way they can.

I popped into Falkirk to try to find a pram and was amazed at not only the size of the showroom Victoria Houston has but also the range of stock they hold. I was welcomed and assisted immediately when I entered the store.Thank you for a lovely shopping experience!

Bought a pram for our new granddaughter she was in the pram anout handful of times there was a screw lose took thw pram back he said an engineers trick to fix it "..SUPERGLUE..on the screw ...the body of the pram was rubbing on the frame ..he sent it away ..we went back to the shop to pick the new frame up we walked into the shop we stood for about 5 mins i noticed a man standing atnthe counter looking at us said ..nothing for 5 mins then relised it was the owner of the shop standing with his arm folded having no interest in speaking to us ..not once was there even an apology ..my new granddaughter has hospital appointments to attend..my step daughter has more to worry about than a man that stand in a shop trying to intimidate woman and a shop that has no empathy or sympathy with new mothers that have problems with there prams.. there customer service is diabolical i certainly would not recomend id rather use a wheelbarrow than deal with victoria houston pram centre."

Bought a pram from here the service was spot on the staff were more than helpful 10 out 10 staff service very polite and more than happy to help and explain the stock there selling will definitely use again best pram shop in Falkirk in my eyes .
