DO NOT RECOMMENDHorrible hairdressers.My hair was washed with cold water and a very horrible wash itself, too heavy handed, banged my head repeatedly off the sink and was very uncareful.The hairdresser didn't say one word to me throughout the cut, she was distracted multiple times looking out windows and chatting to people behind her. she was very rough with my hair and caused much discomfort.My hair was rushed and not done as i asked, i knew this was due to it being rushed as soon after my hair was finished i saw her leave to go into Urmston.Horrible experience with rude, uncaring staff.£34 wasted on a bad cut and arrogant people.DO NOT GO !!!

After being there for 5 hours and the woman doing parts of my hair twice I ended up coming home wanting to cry. My hair was a complete mess when I left and was nothing like what I asked for. Lady put bleach on my hair and it went copper/Orange. She didn't use a toner so it just looked shocking to a point I had to go and buy one from boots. Also I asked for her not to take much off my hair and it's alot shorter than I wanted.Very disappointed and I won't be going back.Only good thing about the experience was the woman was lovely to talk to just a shame about my hair

New salon is absolutely lovely . Owners are obviously really proud and it was lovely to see . My treatment was calming, relaxing, soothing, everything I could have wanted . 100% recommend.

I had facial acupuncture with Julie a few days ago. Julie was very welcoming and explained what would happen because I'd never had acupuncture facially before.She also put a couple of needles around my body for general relaxation and gave me a bit of therapy on my neck as it was causing me pain - I don't think this is provided with a normal service but I was very grateful.After, I felt very relaxed and I did notice a difference on my face, mainly around my eyes. I'd definitely recommend Julie's services.

Excellent stylist who gave me an amazing cut, that has been complemented by everyone. Customer service was second to none, got a free bottle if shampoo for being a new customer, will definitely return.

Had an amazing facial with Diane, I have been poorly and she took everything into account, new shop is great, she was warm and friendly, really made me feel relaxed at ease. Highly recommend
