Great experience, went to discuss bikes initially for my partner and was greeted warmly and given lots of information to consider.Upon our second return, we walked away with a fabulous deal and a super bike. Talked through key information and everything we needed to know, given lots of time to make sure that safety was paramount and overall felt like our needs were met from start to finish. Thank you Bike Tyke, we are both so delighted and I am sure that much fun will be had over the years to come!

Friendly, efficient and professional service at a great price.I turned up unannounced late on Sat afternoon. I had problems with a new e-bike I’d purchased on line from another supplier some distance away. The mechanic left the job he was doing to check out my bike. He quickly diagnosed the problems, but a new derailleur hanger was needed. I got the supplier to send the part needed and took it to Biketyke. They fitted it in the day and thoroughly checked out the bike for me to see if there were any other issues to deal with. Fortunately all was fine and I was on my way. I’ll certainly continue to use Biketyke.

What a great bunch of super helpful fellas! Called in after a bike crash, spoke to three fellas who were so accommodating and more concerned about my welfare. I’ve spoke to both mechanics who’ve been super knowledgeable and amazingly accommodating. What an amazing service. Thank you gentlemen.

After having a knee replacement and limited knee bend I visited Bike Tyke asking them if it were possible to drill and tap a hole to re-site the pedal and shorten the crank which the man did in a friendly and professional way.Needless to say I am now very happy with the result.

Great service from the older gentleman in the store. Took my bike in on Saturday for a detailed bracket repair. Told it may take a while as there’s 100’s of brackets and that the mechanic is ill.Was called an hour later to come pick my bike up. Great service, awesome turn around to get my bike fixed and reasonably priced.10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service. I had an issue with my road bike. So went in, they were obviously very busy but still helped me. They identify the problem quickly and explained and advised me on different ways to resolve this. Free friendly advise, definitely recommend
