Worst place I've ever lived in. Appalling quality and noise insulation non existing. No privacy especially when youngsters and even students allowed to live in accommodation destined for supposedly professionals saving to buy their first house. The association who owns them is just a bunch of students working part time, and never respond, or get the job done. Parking is just ridiculous. Every flat has 1 parking space, when residents park 2 or even 3 cars clearly taking over every space allocated for others. Good luck to future residents.

The noise isolation is appalling for a newly built settlement, mainly the roof. Also poor response from the property caretakers inspite of constant reminding. Not even a check to assess the situation.Advice from a tenant: Avoid the temptation of lower prices. There is a reason why they are low.

I'm biased cause I live here. It's a nice place finally glad to have more than one supermarket and a coffee shop.

Very clean and quiet place.
