Drove a long way to this branch to collect an online order. Arrived one minute earlier than the closing time. When I was at the door, the reception started shutting the the door and didn't let me in to collect my order! No respect to the customers. It was still 1 minute left to the closing time on my clock.

Filton branch reception staff need to work on their telephone manner and not hang up on customers! Online order not delivered after 1wk+, all in stock items! Poor service, wasted time, cancelled order.

Wouldn't answer the phone. I arrived 10 minutes to closing to collect brake discs and pads for my car. Apon arrival, I thought id ring the number again to see if it was actually dialing through to reception, and sure enough, the phone rang but the two young lads behind the counter just ignored it. Very unhelpful... maybe this is because they were actually required to do their jobs in the hours prescribed in their contracts? I will be avoiding Euro Car Parts in the future, but if push comes to shove, I'll drive the extra distance to the Avonmouth branch.. AVOID

They say they will refund you on products cancelled in 3 to 5 working days. 2 weeks on and you have to make several phone calls to be told manager will phone you back and after 4 hours waiting, I phone back to be told the same again. That the manager will phone you back. I then have to wait another 45 minutes until i get a phone call to be told they can't refund me until the dispute is taken down from pay pal. They have not responded to me through paypal. Even though I have to chase them to get my money back. I am still awaiting my refund. Terrible customer service!!!!!
