I've used Ken Jones a few times over the years and has always been first rate. He really know Saabs, plus is a proper mechanic, who thinks things through, before fitting parts. If he says it needs a new part, it does! He runs saabs and is a true enthusiast.

Fantastic to speak to on the phone very helpful, I have spoken with quite a few people of the Saab world trying to find a specific part and they have all laughed and said I would not find one, Ken was polite knew what I was on about and then went off to try and find one only an hour later I was on the phone with him again talking about postage !!!!
