Lily Nails

I got my nails done on Saturday. Usually my favourite place. This time I went, it only lasted for 3 days and then went back and I had to pay for it. Now it is broken again.

I’ve been using Lilly’s nails for years . Very clean beautiful Salon. Staff all polite and Monica the owner very nice lady . Highly recommend

Great service and a wide selection of colours (both gel and SNS). A friend recommended this place to me after I expressed my frustrations with my usual nail shop - no sense of customer service or acknowledgment of customer loyalty, especially since I've been going there for years. She recommended Lily Nails (she also left my usual nail shop for the same reason), so I decided to give them a try...Since my first visit at Lily Nails I've not had a problem here, the staff are always pleasant and they do my nails very well. If you're fed up with the service you receive in your current nail shop, try this one, your experience here should be better. I've visited on four different occasions and have been received extremely well each time!

Thank you to all the lovely staff who made my 76 year old mum’s trip to the salon a real treat today. She is thrilled with her nails, as am I. Very patient and helpful, helping us to decide the best nail treatments and making mum comfortable. We will definitely be back to see you all soon.

I used to have my nails done near Canary Wharf where I used work. Since then I've struggled to find a good nail salon in Grays until I stumbled upon Lily nails. Staff are extremely pleasant. The acrylic infil I had done was great. Nails looked slim and even. Lilly Nails will now be my preferred local nail salon.

I go to Lily's once a month to get my nails done and I wouldn't go anywhere else! My nails always look lovely and they last really well, all the ladies that work there are brilliant and they really look after you when you're there and make you feel welcome. The salon is clean and comfortable and they offer a great variety of services for a reasonable price.

honestly WORST nail saloon i have been to.The shape, the colour, the quality, the service, the staffs attitude, the price was too high which wasnt even worth it. everything was so bad! TOO THICK nails!!He didn’t shape it enough.The nails i got is not even similar to the picture i showed ..I had acrylic powder all over my hands and they told me to go home or somewhere else to wash it off.In the end they charged me 10 pound extra from the original price, (even though i showed them the SAME picture and asked for the price)Would absolutely NEVER recommend this place.
