eurochange Ashton-under-Lyne - The Arcades Shopping Centre

I have been using eurochange for years now always get the best rate when pre-order online. Excellent service very fast turn around from ordering. As always great customer service from Abbey very friendly and informative.

Where do I start? I called I to the branch today to collect my holiday money. I was served by Abbey who to be fair was lovely but & it’s a big but. I was asked a series of questions about where I had got the money from & when I replied that my partner had put the money in my account was told that wasn’t a suitable answer for her to give me the money. I was then asked what my intentions were & how I was going to spend the money. As all of this was happening there was a growing queue of about 6 people who could hear what was going on. This made me feel humiliated & embarrassed. I said these type of questions should have been done privately & not for the rest of the people to hear. I’ve since had a phone call from someone in Stevenage who just said “sorry” & it was a computer glitch. I’ve used this branch on many occasions & requested a higher amount than today & never been questioned like this before. This has now made me not want to use Eurochange again which is a shame.

Today, for the first time, I went to a currency exchange shop where a lovely lady named Abby helped me a lot and explained everything very well. She is very good in customer service. I would highly recommend everyone to go to Abby whenever you need any currency.Thanks alot abby .

No one here! Received my email to collect so make my way down, lights are on but no one is home. Not really impressed at all this time. Not great service in open hours. If your ipen hours aren't your open hours don't advertise them as such!

Catarina was extremely helpful, I needed to change foreign currency to GBP, and she was so speedy, I was in an out within minutes.Would highly recommend eurochange, been going there for all my exchanges but also the wonderful experience they provide.

I was served by Abbey today , she was extremely efficient and friendly explaining all the relevant options to me . Would definitely recommend getting foreign currency from there and I will certainly be returning. Thanks for a brilliant service
