After being declined any sort of assistance ( because I used my hazard lights believe it or not ) I read the previous reviews left and just wish I had read them earlier. My advice is to not use this company as it will only let you down in your hour of need, it seems this is a regular problem reading previous reviews Never again will I purchase anything from 2gether insurance as they do everything possible to not send recovery out and will advise everyone I know to steer clear. Very disappointed and feeling robbed.

Bad experience. Just go with another provider.The first time they came out without fuss and recovered my car (took forever on phone to reach them). I got the issues fixed with proof of the garage. The same issue with car happened again and they just said the garage didn't fix it properly and we aren't coming out unless you pay £369 . Mind you, this was straight forward 10 min journey to my house.Left me with a big headache. Also took forever to reach them on phone. So good luck if it's an actual emergency on a hard shoulder somewhere.Just avoid. Terrible experience. Typical insurance company.

IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD!!What a scam of a company this is! They left my daughter stranded for over 4 hours, on a single carriageway in the dark waiting for a recovery vehicle that was 'only 30 minutes away'. They said she was considered a priority due to being a lone female on a single carriageway!!! Well if a four hour wait is prority then God help you if you're not considered a priority.When the driver finally called my daughter to say he was 20 minutes away, he told her he had only just been sent the details!!!!I advise you to avoid this company totally - They may be quite reasonably priced but the service and morals are inexcusably bad.They left a young woman in a seriously vulnerable situation for over 4 hours!! Appalling.

Do NOT use this company!!!!! My 18 year old daughter phoned them to come out to sort her car that will not start. They refused to come out as she phoned them in July with the same issue but then the car started on its own. They turned around and said the car is classed as non roadworthy as it's the same fault, despite the fact that the car has been fine for 5 months and has a current MOT.

Took out policy to start on the 7November and they took out my money 10days before the start. I then required due to ill health I have Asbestosis to cancel and this was refused, due to their rules which I never saw.My advise is don't touch this firm, just read the reviews they have

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY unprofessional. Only given one star as not able to give none. Total waste of time & money. Phoned two weeks ago & told I wasn't covered for breakdown assistance as I had driven through water. Who on earth has not driven through water in the past few weeks of the bad weather we've experienced. Rang the second time two weeks later, told not covered as problem too similar to last, will not come out unless you pay over £120 up front.

Only Just took a personal policy out. Within 5 days my partners car wouldn’t start. I thought I might have an issue claiming so soon. Couldn’t be further from the truth. Called up spoke to Jason who was really helpful, arranged for the recovery to the garage of choice. He called me back to confirm everything. If the service continues like this I will be very happy.

*Avoid this company*If I could award 0 stars I would!Appalling company and customer service.Phoned for assistance as our car had developed an engine fault and was in emergency limp mode and virtually undrivable. All I was told was to locate a local garage and drive there. They could not help as the car had not actually 'broken down.' When I asked what I was actually covered for, they confirmed that my UK Full cover included roadside assistance, recovery, onwards travel etc - but they still couldn't help me! Albeit dangerously, we limped the car to, first 1 garage, and then onto a 2nd, who luckily were able to help, but with no support at all from 2gether Breakdown. Absolutely pointless having a policy with them. Won't cancel it as don't won't to give them a cancellation fee but definitely will not be renewing. And will be spreading the word so that others avoid them!

I recommend this company if all is working well in your life and you just need something to be annoyed to. It's cheap at the start but if you don't want to pay more PLEASE don't call them. For those people who had their policy already, please get a new breakdown policy for peace of mind.

Scammer Company to rely on for Breakdown. Finding all excuse in the sun not to send recovery vehicle when stranded. This is the second time they have refused. Do not buy the breakdown insurance just because they are cheap! Asking £480 to tow the vehicle to thegarage who can repair. Should be reported to trading standards.
