Cambridge Skylights

Purchased 600 x 1800 skylight. From asking technical questions to the delivery date, Cambridge Skylights have been fantastic. I must admit, at first I questioned why the skylight didn’t cost more, but it wasn’t too good to be true, got it fitted today (22/8/22) and I’m so glad I chose to get one installed.From the office staff to the delivery driver, their service has been impeccable.Will be recommending to anyone and everyone! Will also be back to purchase another when I get to that side of the house!*****

Great service! We ordered our skylights and we could set up a delivery date as needed, quick response when we emailed the company. When they arrived, we were really impressed how wonderful they looked.I must say, they skylights are looking amazing up, absolutely beautiful work. Keep up the good work.

My point I think was missed, I accept I missed the original deadline, that was my fault that your email went to my spam box and I didn’t check. When I discovered that however I made contact and Luke assured me this would be sorted and he would get in touch. Yesterday after three weeks with no contact I flagged to you guys and that’s when I got the response to sell on eBay. Just to be clear Luke said you would refund this un needed and unopened item. So yes I do feel unsatisfied with your service. I think most people would in this situation given you guys did a 180 on agreeing to return it, then when you didn’t send return details say the return wouldn’t be accepted? I think I’m being reasonable and hope you understand my pointOriginal Review Underneath……Poor service, ordered a skylight but turned out to be incompatible with my roof profile. Fair play - my bad however the returns process has been a nightmare. Long story short they don’t offer you all your money back and if the return process exceeds 60 days they don’t take it back at all. I initiated the returns process within the 60 days and they didn’t response. When I chased it up because it was now past the 60 day mark they advised I sell it on eBay. This was from Luke the head of operations who I believe oversees the returns process and this was on advice from the company owner. Basically I reckon they would probably be ok if the skylight you close fit and was installed properly initially, if not and you require any customer service. I just wouldn’t bother, been a really poor experience and I wished I’d have bought from a bigger company that respects statutory rights. I may be misguided but a product ordered incorrectly and unopened/in perfect condition should be eligible for a refund. Sadly not reflected in the returns policy of Cambridge skylights so I would recommend to stay away. If anyone wants anymore detail feel free to contact me

We had a kitchen/diner conversion and later added a utility room. One end of the conversion became very dark as it faces north even though we have 2 normal" windows. A frameless skylight from Cambridge Skylights was the answer. Not only was it an extremely cost effective solution but our builder said it was super easy to install

Needed a skylight for renovation to my home and after searching the web for the requirements I needed I found Cambridge Skylights and decided to go with them as they were more competitively priced and turnaround was quicker than others. Had I known they would deliver within a couple of weeks I would have left it another month to order as my build wasn't ready.Now that it's fitted, I am very pleased with the end result.Just wish I had asked my builder about fitting as I bought 2 lots of flashing and fit tape which wasn't required.If anyone is interested in these items you can have for postage cost only.

1) I visited warehouse/ industrial unit of this company in Cambridge found them highly professional A-Z that took away my confused mind. Because there are few companies on the market whom acts middle company between customers and producers and they make their money out, from customers. However, Cambridge skylights are directly taking orders from customers and producing or ready build up in their storage without any middle company that makes their prices very reasonable and peace in mind knowing physically where they are in any case whereas some other companies are on the air only.2) the quality of Cambridge skylights are spot on. It's very well designed and beautiful looking like a portrait. Double or triple glassed are very sturdy and durable for life. We started to save energy as well3) I recommend to new customers to place their orders on Cambridge skylights delivery scheme to be delivered. Because the glasses products are well framed with strong woods and all together heavy weights. The delivery people are very punctual and carry out products to the demanded delivery point in the property by carrying with special glass holding tools that makes much safer.4) The management team and especially Mrs. Darina H, are very friendly and professional approach in any questions being helpful. They makes customers very satisfied.5) I am very happy went on doing business with Cambridge Skylights that strongly recommend any one whiteout any doubts .Also if any one visit Cambridge skylights industrial warehouse in Cambridge then don't miss the farm products half mile away on Railston road from Cambridge skylights depot and sells Eggs and honey, ...etc. They are also organic and top level taste.

Fantastic company to deal with. Dealt with many of my questions prior to ordering. Delivery was as scheduled and the driver was very friendly and accommodating, he crane lifted the glass exactly where I wanted it. After delivery, I spoke with the team and asked further questions regarding installation (for my builder) and they were more than happy to help. Would highly recommend this company. 5 Star Service

Amazing frameless skylights and absolutely fabulous service. Transformed the whole room. Dareena was exceptionally helpful. Delivered as promised (within 24 hours option) by a very professional and friendly driver. Its rare to receive fantastic product and service from a company dealing with glass. I’ve used various suppliers previously and Cambridge Skylights are by far the best in terms of quality, service and value for money. Would highly recommended!

Not one for leaving reviews generally but 100% recommend this company and the reviews I read before purchasing helped make my decision to go with Cambridge Skylights. Great service from initial enquiry and throughout the whole order process. The courier did try to deliver to us later than the delivery option we selected, and before I had even noticed that was the case, Luke had sorted it with the courier and it was being delivered in a couple days. Delivery was also faultless, driver called beforehand, we gave directions and met driver to unload.All the windows on our self build project (not just the skylights) has been the most challenging element to arrange and having found this company it was made simple and they look great now they are installed.
