I’ve only been once thus far , but I have to say it was all I wanted. I showed up 30 min early and despite the fact it was busy, I was next in line and out on my merry way in 30 mins. Friendly staff, punctual and professional. For me it is a 20 mile round trip, but I don’t mind when the travel is worth the effort.

Thanks for the tyre , got a happy puppy carrying it around the house.

Was booked in mot weeks ago in advance got there this morning got told they haven't got me booked in and my mot is due to run out day after booking they had not updated there system and I got turned away showed the Prof of booking email and still nothing I would not recommend this garage to anyone and I will never use it again in further vert poor service they don't even deserve one star d

Sadly on the last couple of occasions the reception has badly let down the garage.At least one person should acknowledge a customer who has walked in, not ignore, or carry on conversations, seems to be a bit chaotic.Garage side work always good.A real shame

Okay if you don’t care too much about your wheels.Came here due to good reviews and the ability to book online after ordering my tyres. Which all went well.Arrived and was told to wait in my car while it was 3 degrees outside until someone waved me over (so why book at 11.30 then…).First red flag, using the impact gun to buzz the wheels on.Wheels are dark grey and had dark wheel weights on. But these were replaced with chrome units that don’t match at all and the old residue was not removed properly.Worst part of it was the damage I was greeted with on one of the spokes on closer inspection.Shocking for somewhere with ‘tyres’ in their name, you would think they would take extra care and understand that if a customer has 4 immactulate wheels they want them back like that.Anyway, like I said. If you want a tyre changing relatively slap dash then these are your guys. If you value attention to detail and care, avoid at all costs!

My car went in for an oil service and a vehicle health check. All completed and when asked about my tyres I was advised they were fine and no concerns other than my offside rear is starting to show wear. 2 days later my car went to the dealership for a recall service, and they flagged my 2 front tyres were very worn with 1 tyre below the legal limit on the outer edge, and the other front tyre outer edge down at 2mm. I was shocked given DC tyres had advised there were no concerns. I bought from the tyres online and decided to book at DC tyres again and query what happened. I was extremely disappointed that the receptionist did not apologise when I explained the situation, and explained that it is difficult for the mechanics to look at the tyres on a vehicle health check as the ramp is not used. However I queried surely the ramp was used for an oil service which was booked with the health check. There was no apology, just a justification that the dealership have different views on tyre wear than them. Obviously a bald outer edge is OK! Disappointed by the customer service on this occasion and am questioning the quality of the car servicing here now.

I booked 2 tyres to be fitted to my car. 1 front and 1 back.I asked if I could have both of them fitted onto the front though, so they would swap the now new tyre from the back with the front wheel.... in total asking them to undo and re-tighten 5 wheel nuts... yeah we will have to charge you extra to do that!" An extra charge for 5 wheel nuts?!Having both new tryre on the front of the vehicle makes the vehicle more safe on the road for the driver. Obviously this company has no care for driver safety as long as they make their money to remove 5 wheel nuts extra!Will not be coming here again."

When I arrived, there was no hello from receptionist.. not a friendly welcome. I was told I wasn't booked it, yet I had booked an appointment.I found the receptionist rude, not friendly or welcoming. For this reason I will no use garage again, it was my first time using it.The mechanic was friendly and got the job done quickly. Work was completed well.

Really poor service, lack of care with other people's property, only teenagers working there without an experienced mechanic there, it is only a way that the garage owner found to save money.The boy broke my car's lock wheel nut using an impact wrench but he didn't have the dignity to admit his mistake.However, I was treated as guilty for the boy's mistake… my advice? run away from this garage, look for someone trustable.So I bought a lock wheel nut on Ebay and I took the bolt out myself on my drive way without any difficulty just using a simple wheel wrench. Very helpful and friendly. I purchased an awful car which I didn't know at the time. The garage advised me the best course of action to return this. They looked at my car the same day as I called, wrote a list of the issues they'd found so far and didn't even charge me. I would recommend them any day!
