Hobbycraft Wimbledon

A mecca for any crafts hobby. Wide selection of items well displayed and sign posted. Enough parking spaces. A ground floor store thus easy to navigate in a wheelchair.Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. In store classes available to book.Excellent addition to the area.

Yesterday l had a wonderful first time visit to Hobbycraft. I can't believe l have never been there before! Full of fantastic, very reasonably priced products in such a lovely store. All the staff are lovely and very friendly and eager to assist with anything. I will be definitely returning again soon and will be recommending this store to all my friends!!

Ok so i generally love hobbycraft and been going to the Croydon branch for years.Today i thought let me check this branch and it was my big mistake. I went in to find few stuff for a project. So i ask a staff to help me and before i could even finish my sentence she spoke to me very rude. I was like wow i dont want to talk to you, i even told her i am new to this project and just wanted your help but the way you spoke its fine. She just got louder so i walked away. Than i went to the till asked the lady if i can get a 10% discount as i had a voucher she spoke to me like a child. I was like wow. Never again will i go back. I will stick to Croydon branch as they are so helpful and lovely.I am shocked honestly and so upset how people can work in places like this and be so rude. Dont like the job than leave and find something you enjoy.

I love the selection of items from craft materials to baking stuff and sewing. The thing what attracted me most was the sewing and printing workshops. Price is in mid-range not too bad for some of the items though for the craft materials, there are a few bits that I think may have been a little bit overpriced like feathers, gems and vine garlands . They have sale items located near the till and bundle items which are great deals. They also have NHS discounts and Hobbycraft membership discount on top of their sale -- these are the top things that made me come back to this store.

We do love the big Hobbycraft at Wimbledon. Inside so bright and really beautiful with handmade decorations on, shame it isn’t in my area Hobbycraft :)

It was good they have a great selection, however prices are high compared to prices online, other than that customer service was good and the employees were nice and helpful

I found the staff very friendly & helpful and when they couldn't find what I was looking for they called out the manager Andrew who had a very good knowledge of everything inside the store. Andrew was very polite and helpful and had a great sense of humour. Although I didn't find everything on my list Andrew & his staff definitely went out of their way to try and help me. I loved browsing this store Nice clean store packed with so many nice things...I will definitely be going back:.)

Today I went to hobby craft, looking for some crochet creative supplies. And I was delighted when a wonderful staff member assisted me in choosing some beads for my project, I then also had 2 wonderful members of the staff assist me at the till with a hobbycraft membership discount. Great customer service, and the store has plenty of supplies, and selection.Great store!!

Had to unfortunately make two trips here as my Cricut Joy Xtra machine turned out to have been faulty! Despite this the staff here were absolutely lovely, helpful and handled this beautifully that I was quickly offered an exchange and now I have Cricut Joy Xtra that works perfectly! I Highly reccomend visiting the store, it has brilliant staff and a variety of materials to choose from thats an artist and crafters dream!

Lovely staff, neatly laid out store & big selection to choose from..though Croydon is bigger but there's a good selection. Always check stock online before going there to not waste a journey.
